I have had more results with The FIRM. It's fun and the instructors on it really encourage you and it helps you to stay dedicated. I did tae-bo, but it doesn't really work that well for me.

you're burning calories just being alive every second. sledding probably burns more too because of the climb up hill and the screamoing and such...

i know one! ok- lay on your back with your palms of your hands on the ground and under your butt(for more support) your legs should be straight up and together. with controlled movements move your legs down- almost touching the ground and then raise them back up slowly and repeat as many times as you want or can. make sure your legs stay together and straight. good luck!

Do things that you enjoy. Maybe bike riding, swimming, running, roller bladeing? If you stick to fun things then you will enjoy becoming more healthy :)

but with situps you'll build muscle and muscle burns a lot more fat during the day even when you're not exersizing. but you do need a cardio workout 3 times a week for about 30 minutes at least to burn some calories off. you need to burn 1000 more calories than you consume a day if you want to lose 2 pounds a week. www.caloriesperhour.com helps me keep track of that. good luck!eat low calorie veggies a lot too!

Hey Guys.. I've been following your advice, and I hope I can lose as much as possible by Saturday.. Ive been drinking tons of water.. lol.. and ive been eating lots of veggies.. my mom has to go food shopping cuz we dont have any fruit :-( Anyways, I think I got a good amount of excersize today.. do you know how much work it is to shovel a driveway covered in almost two feet of snow?? lol.. It was alot of fun though and I felt great after I was done even though I wanted to give up halfway through it. The only problem is sweets, ive been alot better lol.. but I think I just need to realize how unimportant they are.. it's been especially bad this week too, cuz well iits my time of the month really soon, and you know what that really bites.. cuz I always gain like 5 lbs the week before, and guess what this is the week! hehe for all you girls.. doesn't that fit wonderfully with the fact the ... I've been doing 100 crunches a night (more if I feel like it) for the past 3 weeks, I only missed one night, but it was just because I did weight lifting and I felt like hula-hooping (it can help you just a bit if you want to lost weight, but you have to do it ALOT, I find it to be more fun that alot of other exercises thought.) Anyways, with the crunches I've been doing, they can help you get more toned, my stomach of course has "blubber" on it, lol, but I can see a bit of a difference in how my stomach muscles look, just a little bit though, you have to do them for a really really long time to get really good results, if you have to lose weight, then you will notice the difference more once you lose a bit of the weight but I'd say they're working pretty good for me!

You can play DDR on any Play Station, a computer, or an x-box. not only a ps2. I usually play at the arcades, but i have it on the psx and the computer. if you want a free version download Step Mania, its the same thing but its free. Good pads are about $50 each (mine are over 100 each but they are metal). Some games actually have a "workout mode" which keeps track of calories burned and is impossible to fail. IM me at sheikiansheik if you want to talk.
BTW if anyone can do Legend of Max on Heavy then you rule

Dance Dance Revolution is a game for playstation 2. You buy a dance pad that has a forward, back, left, and right arrow on it. You stand in the middle and when you play the game, it tells you what arrow to step on and it goes with the music. It can get pretty intense. A dance pad costs about 30 bucks at walmart, and the game itself is the same price as any regualr ps2 game.
