Hey..I've been doing 40 side crunches, riding the stationary bike for 15-20 mins, and doing the tape :"WALK AWAY THE POUNDS" the 2 mile tape which is 30 mins and u just dont walk it has areobics included...The time blows by sooo quickly!!! i drink about 5-6 glasses of water from 3pm-7pm...becuz in the morning and in school i cant....AND GUESS WHT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!>??!?!!?!??!?!?!?!? I'VE LOST 6 POUNDS ALREADY AND IVE BEEN DOING IT SINCE MONDAY AND THATS ONLY 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heres an idea I have, tommorow I am making an "at home gym"! At my house we have old weights,one machine,some yoga mats, random workout tapes and some extra workout materials like bands, boards ect....I am going to designate a space in the attic by our tv as a workout station, with a boom box and everything! I think this would be a great idea for the winter and someone who likes to work out at home! If you dont have any workout material at all and you cant afford to buy some, you can used canned food as weights, do little things like deignate little areas to dance like crazy (yes its a workout if you do it long enough) and lay out a towel and print out palietes and yoga moves from the interet and do them there....plus you can make this gym as cute as you want! you can decorate it with pictures, boas, whatever you want! I think AN IN HOME GYM! is a great idea, if you need any ideas or help...just leave a reply and ill get back to ya!

Well do u do basketball? I do it helps me lose weight. We have to do 25 jumping jacks, run around like 5 laps or 10, do 25 situps, do do 10 pushups, lie down on back and hold feet like 2 inches in air for 25 secs, hop to somewhere like 20 feet away and back, then run to somewhere like 20 or 30 feet away, then do side to side ( right and left) to somewhere 20 or 30 feet just keep doing this method, and check if there is any results. I had great results but not anymore because basketball season is over ( mad) now im over wieht agian i'm gonna keep doing this method too. C ya

Thats not a crunch, thats a situp. A crunch is when you sit the same way but you only go up high enough so that your shoulder blades are off the ground. There harder than situps because you can't just throw yourself up, you have to go slow enough so that you go far enough but now to far. In gym we have to do 45 of them and we do them really fast to...there hard but good exersise. Some other exersises are pushups (modified or normal), jumping jacks, a exersise video like Pilates or Dance Dance Revoulution (I've never tried that one but a lot of people on here use it), Richard Simmons or something like that. You could also buy a treadmill or other exerise equpiment but thats really expensive and takes up a lot of room. For something more fun you could just dance to your favorite CDs or the radio. try crunches and pushups and u could always go out and get 1 of those exercise videos 2 help u out. hope i helped peace

Hi I weighed 137 lbs and i lost 28 lbs in 2 months the way I did it is I play the video game (with the dance pad) DDR:MAX for 45 mins. and at 2 bowls of special k every day! It sooo worked!!!!!!!!

Aw, dont be so hard on yourself. Wow your reallie tall for 12! 5' 6"! Kool, Im 5' 7" but yeah I've been this height since I was 13. Anyway, try small things, like walk the dog, or borrow a neighbors if you dont own one. Try knee lifts, while watching television, or my favorite, PILATES.. oh yeah thats the best. Ht. 5'6", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - hey i am jen. i weigh about 175 and i am around 5'6'..anyways i own dance dance revolution...it is wicked fun and great exercise...you can look it up at ddrfreak.com...so if ur lookin for a good exercise thing this is a great plan because unlike many videos, it's fun..my sister's friend owns it too and played it for about 1 hour everyday, and after 2 weeks she had lost 10 pounds...the only problem is it's pretty expensive...the latest ps2 and x-box games go for about $40 and the mats can cost anywhere from 20-200 dollars depending on the quality...if ur lookin to buy it e-bay is the best place

well i did lots of exercise like runing for 30min, walkeed the dog for 15min, dance class 30min, everyday it took me 8 months good luck to you

go walking! Go as far as you can befoer you get out of breath or overheated. Keep walking everyday, and should be able to increase how long you can walk and how fast too. Good luck! I hope that helps

it's ok. just do as much of the 6tape as often as you can and you'll get more fit. that happened to me when i started taebo but now i can do that ans so much more. good luck and keep doing it because you won't get anywhere if you don't!

Weight training is good cuz when you have got more muscle your metabolism speeds up and you burn fat more quickly, so even when your not doing it your still losing weight. You also wanna do some aerobic exercises - like swimming or running cuz you get the best results if you do both.

do you live in a two foot by two foot room?! of course there's ways of exersizing indoors!!! crunches crunches crunches, situps, jogging in place, jump rope, tapes, jumping jacks, leg lifts, running up and down the stairs, dancing crazy to music, making up your own cardio workout, kicks, punches, cleaning....god the lists goes on for ages. be creative! find something you like doing!
