Well, my advice is the following: If you are trying to lose weight, you have to bear in mind that you don't just eat well (or less) than before to lose the weight and then retreat to your old habits. You need to change your eating habits FOR LIFE or you'll never be able to keep the weight off. But, eating healthy or doing portion-control is not so bad as it sounds. If you get good-tasting stuff, you'll be alright--for life! Also remember to indulge a litte every week, not every day. :) hope this helped, Hali!!!

Try running it'll help. I used to hate running I could never breathe. When I realized how fast I was I loved running. I had big leg then I started running and they got smaller. If you have seen my message you may think I should run but I haven't got as much time. It sustains my weight for now but my stomach is fat not my legs. Hope my advice helps.

Just so you know, if you start now, you can definately lose 24 pounds in (a little over) 16 weeks.
Do you have access to a gym? If not, I can still help you, but you have to understand that you won't lose all the weight next month. It will really take until March to lose it. And then you should keep it up to maintain it for life. Exercise is so fun, once you see the results. If you still need help let me know

You need to regulate what you eat with the exercise you do now and then you may put on a few pounds but you can quickly lose that small weight gain.

I was just reading over all your guy's messages, and I think it's great that we all want to help one another. But I think a lot of you are missing a major point. To loose weight, it takes a lifetime commitment. Once you get down to your goal weight, you have to work just as hard as you did to get there to maintain what you've accomplished. A lot of people just slack off, so make sure that when you go on a diet, you make sure it's not too hard for you, because most likely, your going to be doing it for the rest of your life. Oh, and a reply to the message about the skinny girls in the magazines, I definately know how that feels, I'm a red head with freckles (five foot one, and a size 13), but you know what, those girls are picked to represent a product because they are irregular, not because they represent the majority of the population which is over about a size 16 (women). I think it's ... (view more)
