Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 130 lb - i recently started running, i run about a mile n half.Should i bump that up to two miles? Or keep it the way it is. I wanna see results but I don't know how I should tackle this.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I'm way excited for tomorrow. I've outlined each day of the week's workout schedule-I'm going to go on a walk tomorrow with my dog and my niece then I'm going to come back and do some situps, jumping jacks, and jump ropes and if i want to I might do a little bit of weights- then I promised my sister I'd go running with her tomorrow night, she's trying to lose all her baby weightt that she gained. And I know I'm ready to start eating healthier because my sis and I went to Wendy's yesterday and we only got a chicken sandwhich, fries, and a soda (which is what we always get) but this time I felt like I had eaten an elephant, and I knew I hate to much, so I know my body is ready to start eating healthier..yay! And I found out this cool thing- Divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces you should be drinking! Good luck this week everyone.!

I've tried to lose weight but i cant do anything to keep it off... I like to eat when im ticked or sad..... I eat even when im not hungry.... I have a lot of skinny friends none of them are Fat... I tend to be a mean person because i have been picked on for several years and it has made me angry and want to lash out on people.... i finally put my foot down to people calling me names....I dish out what they dish out to me but twice as hard....
I used to play sports i was good at them but most coachs didnt want to put me on the team bc i wasnt fast enough...so i gave up sports in the 7th grade.. I'm trying not to eat anything now but I didn't have supper yet and I'm debating towards whether I should eat or not. I'm going to try to count my calories from now on, eat around 1500/day and exercise a bunch. We still don't have any non-junk foods in my house though..it sucks..

Ht. 5'9", Start: 185 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - ayee. i haven't been on in months :o i've been doing really well at maintaining weight this past school year. but now that i'm out of school and it's the summer before high school that's gunna change. my mum has FINALLY decided to get our butts back into the gym, and i have volleyball practice two hours a day four times a week for five weeks before school. it's gunna be hard but i'm sure i can do it! that along with me just eating better will help me slim down, i think. i've been a vegetarian for about 4 months now and it DOESN'T help me lose any weight (i did it for the animals), which majorly sucks, but it cuts down on lots of fatty options. so if you're up to the challenge i suggest it (: so, tell me your plans? and helpful tips are welcome too lol. thankyouu!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - okay, im getting reaaally annoyed with myself lately. i dont understand whats happening. im assuming its because im about to get my period, so im hungry all the fricken time... but honestly its aggravating! I do well for 2-3 days, then i have a night (like last night) where i lose my mind and go crazy! I worked a night shift, so i worked 5pm til 3am... i had eaten supper at 7pm at work, and then by 4 am i was pigging out! a little snack before bed would have been nice but no, i had to have two bowls of my moms pasta salad, a penut butter and jam sandwich, and a leftover sausage (without the bun). like i understand that i hadnt eaten in 9 hours but i just couldnt stop eating. thats it though. i cant afford any more screwups if i want to lose another 5-6 pounds by july 25th. I keep saying I'm going to loose the weight, I do good for a little while and then I screw up. I just...don't know how to keep it up. Ht. 5'3", Start: 187 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 150 lb - over the last 3 / 4 weeks i lost 11 lbs !!! im so pleased as ive been battling with my weight for years but its true what they say that the easiest way to lose weight is to eat less && exercise more!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - okay so yesterday, i worked out 35 mins and had 1200 cals, and today i had 1200 and worked out 45 mins. i think i undid the damage i did the other day. i vowed not to weigh myself for 2 weeks because my period is on its merry way and i dont want the water weight to affect my state of mind lol i was going to measure myself this coming monday but i think ill wait a full month because measurements are usually smaller changes than the scale, unless ur doing lots of weight training. anyways hope everyones doing well. good luck!!!
