Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - hey guys...so i havnt lost anymore weight for like a week...but i havnt gained any sooo thats still a good thing...im eating okkkay could be eating a little less prolly about 1500 calories a day..i was eating about 1200 and excerizing 1.5 a day...but i work 10 hour days...and am a lifeguard so it is some long hard work...by the time im done i just dont feel like doin anything but sleeping...and i tried working out before i go to work but them i just get too exhausted and feel like i cant pay attention like i should be...i didnt know if anybody knew some "quick workouts" like on youtube i could copy like something that was 5-15 min a day? im upset i cant work out like i was because it was really getting me into shape...im still gonna keep tryin though...wish me luck :D and good luck with all of you

your doin really good with your eating habits.your a lifeguard[kewl]. but it must be exhausting write.heres a tip when you get home from work everyday try to do at least 10-20 half sit-ups it might work anyways keep up the good work.
