Ht. 5'3", Start: 227 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - So i have a Problem I was out playing relase and i was getting excersise and i ran out to a dark alley and fell in a pot hole...and i sprained my ankle badly so idk what to do for excersise because ican barley walk on it any ideas??

Ok i see what your saying....and i also know what you mean i used to play basketball im always getting sprained ankles...

girl what were you doin in a dark alley!!! lol on thats dangerous...but anyways i know how you feel i swear thats the worse then when working out...i play volleyball and basketball so believe me when i say ive had my share of sprained ankles...and broken...things you can do...well i dont know if your doin strenght ttraining but if you are...weights with your upbody...just sit down when doin it...or abbs? you can do those...theres a whole bunch of different varieties...with cardio idk what much you can do..just give it rest and youll be able to pick up on it again.
