Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 158 lb - this week has been a complete MESS!!!!! but, im NOT allowing myself to undo the hard work i put into losing these 5 pounds. i dunno if i gained or not, my periods coming in a day or two and ive shot up to 170 as a result of water weight, so i dunno whats fat and whats just water.... but... ive written out a schedule of how many calories to eat and how much exercise to do for the whole week, and if my calculations are right, i should lose 2 pounds by next monday. im going to stick to this.... im not failing again. i had my fun eating a little extra here and there, its time to smarten up before i gain the 5 pounds back. i think i can do it. im off work for the next 2 days so im going to work extra extra hard at sticking to my diet and burning some serious calories. i just hope i didnt gain!! im sooo scared... :( if i did, its probably like no more than 2 pounds maximum but i hope if i did, that its only 1 pound... ughgh why the heck did i do this to myself. blehh. oh well i slipped up, its just up to me to not let it happen again. hope you are all doing great, good luck and hang in there
