Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I did my third day of 30day shred (level one) and I'm already feeling stronger, which is great, because I'm a weakling, lol I was thinking about doing it twice today but I didn't, has anyone done it twice in one day?? are you super sore the next day? Anyway for dinner I had spaghetti & salad, and it was deeeeelicious. I love spaghetti. =) Hope all is well w/ everyone else!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Ugh. I need some pants that aren't stretch. Because, I now fit in a fourteen stretch but I don't know if that's a bit bigger than regular stretch. Plus, I still fit in my sixteen stretch pants. ??? Help??
In other news, I was supposed to do my last day of level 2 today--but, instead, I did my first day of level 3. Wow. You're moving the whole time. The time flew because I was so wrapped up in what I was doing...hm, still, though, it doesn't feel as hard as the cardio in level 1. ??? Why???

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - GAHH! I'm soo upset. I haven't been able to weigh myself for more than two weeks! But, I just realized today that I have much less fat that I can pull and squeeze on my lower stomach. :-D

Ht. 5'3", Start: 227 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - God...I have know idea what to do i want to lose the weight so bad but i just cant keep to it like ill get to my calorie limit and just cave in to eating ice cream and stuff...then like i have had drivers ed and my grandma brings me fast food for lunch and today i had mcdonalds wich i havent had bad fast food like this in forever and it mad me sick literlally god i really want to be 200 when school comes around in august but with this i aint getting anywhere...Someone please help

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - sooo im really kinda worried...2 of my best friends from out of state are coming to visit me...one eats like a pig...isnt fat but isnt skinny and one is anerexic...yeah i kno bad...and it sucks when i see her because i always get sad...and its just difficult well anyways there both staying with me...soooo this is going to be a interessting weekend if i do say so myself...i work out at the gym so im gonna try to get in a workout now before they get here...and then prolly not be able to work out this weekend because im not leaving them here alone at my house. (its my parents house) were having a really big storm tho and i hate driving in the rain...oh well guess im gonna have to suck it up to get to the gym now wont i ...my ipods broke...which sucks...because i hate working out without it...soooo idk how much ill be able to do at the gym...im thinking about doingg 7:45 on the treadmill... Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 160 lb - okay, so five lbs away from mini goal. anyways i started this new workout from a magazine and it's so hard! but i do feel changes after 4 days. and i also have bball for like 2 hrs so hopefully by the end of this summer i'll be 150! wish me luck! thanks!!!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - hey guys soooo today i did day 2 of level one of the 30 day shred...and then worked all day,...had a cokezero gas station drink because they are amazing...had aturkey and cheese sandwhich for lunch and a sloppy joe ( i wasnt gonna have one but i serously love them :D) and a small salad for dinner...hopefully i can see some results on the scale tomorrow..because normally i work out alot more than i am doin tonight...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - I was up earrrrrly in ths morning so I decided to go ahead and try 30day shred. Omg, that was extemely difficult lol I didn't even hear what she was saying because I was arguing with myself in my head. "Just go ahead and stop, No don't stop" etc. LOL! I've never sweated so much in 20mins in my entire life. I felt every muscle working, I felt like jello afterwards. Shaking a little. I'm very optimistic about this workout. I hope I can stick w/ it for 30days. Right now my whole body hurts lol, but that's a good thing because I haven't felt these muscles in the LONGEST. I plan on taking a picture today (I was supposed to do it before I started but I doubt doing the shred one time made a difference lol) and I'm going to take a picture on the last day. Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - UGH!! okay so i started my weight loss on May 29th and i lost 11 pounds since then .. :) but for the last 5 days i haven't exercised and pigged out! i was 168 before this and towered back to 170.5 in 5 days!! ugh! it was because of my graduation and all the events happening..so i just let go and ate what i wanted and didnt exercise... i was so HAPPY when i broke through the 160s cause i havent been in the 160s for a year! now i feel like sh*t! i broke into the 160s and i was so happy and then i just screwed it all up. i know just whining wont help but its okay though ima go back on the treadmill and the 30 day shred. T0DAY! :)
