Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I did my third day of 30day shred (level one) and I'm already feeling stronger, which is great, because I'm a weakling, lol I was thinking about doing it twice today but I didn't, has anyone done it twice in one day?? are you super sore the next day? Anyway for dinner I had spaghetti & salad, and it was deeeeelicious. I love spaghetti. =) Hope all is well w/ everyone else!
