Ht. 5'6", Start: 235 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 118 lb - Hi their my names zayra and yes i am obese. I weigh in about 225 less than what i use to weight 235 but my highest was 245 my goal is 118. Well this is my story, When i was a little girl i wasint that fat i was ok for my age. But i had some family problems and well i consoled my self with eating. Food became a habit to me fried food, greasy food, chips, candy, soda anything you name it. So u c i never really learned how to eat healthy at a young age.
So as i got bigger i got taller i got fatter and yes the teasing begaN the your so fat jokes began by middle school i was 140-180 i got teased a lot about it but i would fight back i wasint the quiet step all over me type id mouth them right back whenever they said something mean and thats how i got friends really good ones that stick up for me when ever they felt that i was feeling low.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 166 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - i only want to lose 20 pounds but it seems that after everything i do, speed camp, lifting, and volleyball i still lose weight EXTREMELY slow! any tips i could use to REALLY get going would be AWESOME! thank you!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 173 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 135 lb - Well, i've been doing okay on the weightloss, but i'm really scared I'm going to get stretchmarks. I already have SO many, not because of weight loss though. Any suggestions to prevent them, or get rid of them?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183.4 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I couldn't lose weight until I started walking an hour every day and doing some sort of cardio that made me sweat a lot at least 3 times a week.
I think I'll be able to lose the weight this time, because I always pack on the pounds over winter, but this year I'm going to a school that has 2 weight rooms that students can use for free, and a swimming pool across the street.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - errr its been a month and a week i went down 13 pounds. and for the past 2 weeks i havent exercised and havent gained any weight.. i had bad cramps for a week and then the following week i havent ate that great and didnt exercised just cuz i didnt want to. like right now i just had ice cream . ugh i cant believe myself. im disgusted with myself. i hope i get down to 150 by sepetember 1st. do you think i can lose 18 P0UNDS BY THEN? thanks

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - I've decided I'm going to start exercising more. I've been doing 20 minutes of cardio daily but i think i'm going to start doing 45 minutes a day. Then increasing by 5 minutes every week.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I’ve decided that I’ll eat no more than 300 calories at breakfast, no more than 400 calories at lunch, no more than 500 calories at dinner, and no more than 200 calories for snacks. That will put me in at 1400 calories. And, the calories I don’t use at one meal (say, I don’t eat breakfast) I can use for a snack or for lunch or dinner. Good plan, right?

I plan to start it tomorrow. I'm going to follow it very good for 4 weeks. How much weight should I expect to lose? I will also be exercising.
