Ht. 5'6", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Where do I start? Let's see... I have always been a heavy child for as long as I can remember. I hate it. People calling names, not being able to do a lot of the things other kids do (like amusement park rides, and certain sports) and having to be disgusted every time I look in the mirror. We have a group at school called the "Wellness Club" that is suppose to talk about weight related issues, but it doesn't help. Being in the group, I feel worse because I know I am the heaviest one there. I want to change my life, one pound at a time, and be able to enjoy life to the fullest. I really hope it helps being able to talk to other overweight teens online helps, if it doesn't I don't know what else to do. I don't feel comforted talking to my mother or anyone else about my weight in person, I am afraid to talk face to face with others. Maybe losing weight can help. I have been over weight since I can remember...My parents have put me on diets and tried to get me to an healthy weight but I haven't been able to get on the ball...I came here for any of your guys or girls can help me get motivate and be my weight loss(internet partner)buddy and update each other...I am going to try and lose a lot of weight. Its not for my family or friends but for me and my well being...I hope on this site I can find some people who wants the same things I do.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 140 lb - OHHHHHH MYYYYYY GODDD! i just came back from my trip and before i left i went down to 162!! and i weighed myself today and i gained 4 pounds back! i was so close to leaving the 160s behind.. but nooooo... i mess it all up and binge my way through my vacation.
:( its okay i suppose ima get back on track.. :) how is everyone else doing? i hope you guys are staying focused and motivated.. we are all in this together and we will make it out together!!! :) we should i have a summer mini challenge before august 30th everyone shoots to drop 8 pounds :) good luck everyone!!! wish you guys the best!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 200 lb - ughhh im so upset with myself!!!! i went on a compete binge yesterday and it was all cause i didnt work...when im gone 8 hours a day its sooo easy to stick to my diet plan...im still shooting for 220 by saturday...hopefully the 4 pounds i gained yesterday is just my body being like stop and will fall off when i get back on track...well see how it goes...i work the rest of the week so my diet plan should be on track...i guess i didnt eat horrible...which is why i find it weird i gained 4 pounds...i had a turkey sandwhich, 1/2 a piece of steak with some bread...a zebra cake and a small icecream cone...yeah thats the junk food that killed me but still 4 pounds? crazy...annnnyways i worked out this morning well lifting and abbs...im bout to go to work till 8pm and then hopefully going to my gym to run and do some cardio...hopefully today will be a good day and i wont get discourage...im still frustrated and mad at myself tho i cant believe i did that :[

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - so i may possibly be in the best mood ever...i weighed myself a few min ago and im 223...thats the lowest ive been all summer and i weighed my self at night which is the heavest time usually so im def weighing myself in the am to see how much weight i really loss...if im still at 223 ill still be happy cause im totally almost outta the 220-s which would make me feel amazing at this time of the summer....im gonna try to be there by saturday and i know i can do it with how hard im working!! yay thanks everyone for your support and encouragement and keep up the good work with yall!!!

Ht. 171 cm, Start: 73 kg, Today: 72 kg (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 60 kg - so it's summer hols here where i am and i decided to loose some weight til next semester. i'm aiming for 65 kilos. today i weighed myself for a start and found that i still kept off a kilo from the last time i tried. good luck? ;) dunno. my plan so far isn't much a plan yet. i'm writing down what i eat (trying to stay away from sweets and junk) and drink a lot of water. and since i've got so much time now (hahaha, i love hols - but who doesn't?) i'll be doing a lot of walking. and i'm visiting my dad so we'll be able to go to the gym together again :) nice.
anyone got some tips for me?  (Note: 171 cm, 72 kg is 5'7", 158 lb.)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 224.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - hey guyyys! sooo im still at a platue...booo i kno ...hopefully one day ill wake up and the scale will prove all my hard work...it sucks working your butt off and not eating your favorite junk food like you used to all the time and not seeing any results...both my parents say they can see a difference but the scale isnt doing anything...i hope at least it shows a little progress so i dont give up and go back to my bad habits...i just wanna be healthy and in better shape...wish me luck my official weighin is tomorrow....
