Ht. 5'7", Start: 284 lb, Today: 282 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 275 lb - I have lost two pounds in two weeks iam so proud of myself. I've got to keep up again because i've lost track and started to eat junkfood again but i need to get back on track.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 260 lb, Today: 254 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Im sixteen and have struggled with my weight ever since I was about 5 yrs old. I started dieting when I was in the fourth grade. At first I dieted by myself and then In fifth grade my mom took me to weight watchers with her... I failed. After that My weight kept balloning. In sixth grade I got weighed in gym and was so embarassed my weight was 200 lbs. I felt lyk a failure which caused me to gain more weight. By eighth grade I was 225 lbs so I asked about going to a weightloss place. I lost 14 lbs but gained them back plus more during school wich put me at about 242 and then up and up. At the end of tenth grade I was at 264. Then my mom took me to The Metabolic Weightloss center. She heard this program catered to teens. Ht. 5'9", Start: 165 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 145 lb - so at 3 weeks of camp i lost about 3-4 pounds and then something happened when i got back.... idk if my body just hates me or what... i know i was eating a little bad and not exercising as much, but it wasn't like horrible. about a week or 2 ago i weighed myself and basically i had gained back the weight i lost at camp :/
and then today i got on the scale and it said i gained like 5 or 6 pounds!!! i have no idea how this is possible b/c i haven't been stuffing my face or anything and i've still been exercising decently... help?!

I'm trying to better myself and my parents grounded me from seeing my friends AND they said I couldn't go to the gym!!! I need to exercise before school lets back in! Now I feel like I have to starve myself to reach my goal. Even if I have to throw up when I DO eat. :( I just want to lose weight and I'm going to reach my goal no matter what.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi folks, I'm back with bad news - gained again 2 lbs. I'm getting fatter and fatter and I can't do anything against it. I've tried your good ideas, drinking water, chewing gum etc. - but I fail only after half a day. I'm afraid I'll never lose that weight but gain more. Nothing fits anymore, I'm looking ridiculous in my clothes! I'm so frustrated that I'm eating and eating... Is there anything I could do?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 186 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 130 lb - Omg so like, last year or summer or whatever, I was huuuuuge. I'm still huge but I'm thinking I'm thinner than I was. I'm so frustrated because I wanted to lose a ton of weight before school but I lost track of things and I'm still around the same weight and I've got 25 days to lose 25 lbs. so that I can weigh 130 lbs. I spent an hour on the bike at the gym and 15 minutes on the elliptical plus I lifted a little weights. I'm waking up early tomorrow to do it again. Maybe if I exercise for 2 hrs everyday (and more when I have the strength) and try to eat only ramen, bread, water, and salad then I can do it!!! Praying works too. Man, I wish I weren't such a fatty. I'm so FAT!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 167 lb, Today: 155.8 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 115 lb - i've gotten so hugeee. last summer i was 143 lbs. and now im abut 156!? ugh. but then again..i did have an eating disorder then. idk..i feel disgusting, the only thing that keeps my metabolism up are cigarettes. and i only have them when theyre available. to motivate myself..ill post some stats...even though im bloated from my period.
without sucking in at all...my stomach is 38 inches..it used to be so much smaller :(
my thighs are 24 inches :(
& my arms are 12.5 inches :(
im the fattest person living, ugh.
anyone have any tips that have worked for them?
like dieting tips ?

instead of losing a pound i gained a pound!!! im going to go work out now and hopefully it was just an extra pound my body really doesnt want so it will fall off today ...well good luck...and i hate being frustrated with weight i sooo wish there was like a magic button that was like bam be skinny...too bad we all have to do it the hard natural way...but i know if we wanna do it we can all succeed...

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 7, Today: 10 st 7 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 7 st 10 - So, i used to use this site, it helped me to drop to my goal weight at the time! It was amazing, i didn't hate what i saw in the mirror i had so much confidence, i walked around showing off my stomach and legs and didn't think twice, i actually enjoyed walking past a window and looking at my reflection! Problem is, i have put a lot of the weight back on, and i'm quickly putting more on so i want to do something about it before it gets pretty bad! Where i live there are so many pretty thin girls that i have to keep up with, not for them but for me because it makes me feel supeer good to see them looking at me as competition! So here i go again, starting back from the beginning! Any pieces of advice you have would be amazing!  (Note: 10 st 7 is 147 lb.)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 180 lb - so im at my lowest and hopefully will keep gettin lower...that ive been all summer...i lost a pound yesterday...im thinkin im still losing water weight which is why im losing about a pound a day the past few days...annnd working my butt off in the gym...annnyways sooo i dont work today so im going to go to the gym and run 2 miles...and do the crosstrainer for a hour and if i feel up to doing more maybe something less sstraining and do the bike...prolly not tho cause when i come home im going to do my lifting workout and my ab workout....hopefully today will go by fast since it sucks when it doesnt and all i see is the fridge in front of me....21.4 pounds till my minigoal :D yayyy and about 20 days till i leave for school...i know its alot of weight to lose in 20 days...but im sure if i dont meet it i will be pretty dang close! good luck everyone

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I'm thinking about doing some sports to lose weight. I hate walking and going to the gym, but swimming could be a good idea. But I feel fat, fat, fat, when I put on my swimsuit (which is a tad tight, too). Do you think I can go to a public pool if I look so fat? I'm afraid people would stare at me....
