Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - 2 weeks left...i have been at a platue so im not tryin to lose 20 pounds in that amount of time anymore...if i make it down to 210 i would be more than happpy!! lets see just got done lifting and running...and i think i might go for another mile run or soo in a little bit because i feel like it really clears my mind...its basically like my new favorite thing to do...god i didnt think i would ever say that...annnyways i had some blueberrys for breakfast and special k protein water because of the lifting i need more protein...i also read in a mag that blueberries help with burning belly fat so well see if thats going to work...i have no idea what im going to do for the rest of the day but tomorrow im going shopping try on some new clothes....for school im super excited...well thats all for today im trying to get back on track with life and my weight loss...hopefully everyone is doing better than me...

same here! i dont know what to do. im still stuck at 161. its really annoying. im doing everything right.. like eating healthy, exercings.. however i dont loose an ounce. its really annoying.. i read this article [half way through] its called zig zag your way out of a plateau..
anyways i hope we can get moving along fast!! cuz school is coming around the corner.. good luck!!
