Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 130 lb - HEY! i haven't been on here in forever and i gained a couple pounds since then, but since i have 30 days left of summer, i'm going to try to get to 130 before its over. so hopefully it'll happen. i think i'm gonna try tracy anderson's workout which is like super crazy but its supposed to give you a dancer body. oh, did i mention your supposed to work out 2 hours a day, 6 times a week? yeah well i told you it was crazy. wish me luck!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 200 lb - so this past week ivvve been eating horrible...not a ton of food...just bad food ...oops...i leave for school in 8 days and i really want these 8 days to be amazing...with excerizing so im in shape when my practices start! anywayyys ive almost lost my 20 pounds this summer and i know i can do it! i didnt do anything this weekend just worked...i know i should have worked out iwas just sooo tired...after work today since i get off early i am going to go lift...do abbs..and run 2 miles...then i know ill feel much better about my self...wish me luck and good luck with all of your weightloss :D

i'm doing the 30 day shred and i swim
and one day the scale says 164 then a couple days later it says 170.
i can see a difference in my body but i want to by 160 when school starts

Ht. 5'2", Start: 163 lb, Today: 161 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Sooo in a few weeks i start my senior year in high school, i was really hoping i would lose about twenty pounds over the summer but of course, it didn't happen. but I'm not going to give up on myself.. by the end of my senior year i'll look good gosh darnit!!! Looked at old pictures on the computer today.. when i was fourty pounds lighter :( but instead of letting it get me down i'm going to use it to encourage me! if i looked like that a year ago i can look like that again!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - !!!! i've been doing great lately.. exercising and eating well.. however, i gained 4 pounds!!!! i dont know what to do.. im in denial. i keep telling myself its my weight scale.. lol. is anyone going through this.. or have been.. if so what did you do to get through this weight loss wall..? thanks

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi. I feel like I'm giving up. It's hard to say but I'm afraid it's true. I've tried everything: Drinking water. Gym. Searching for (th)inspiration. Everything lasts only for a very short time. Sure, I drink water during the day, but in the evening I'm starving and eating nonstop. I'm getting fatter everyday. I gained around 20 lbs in only two month. So I'm giving up and I eat what I want to. And how much I want to. At least I'm feeling good then when I eat. And perhaps I'll get used to my bigger body some day. Thanks for your ideas! I wish the best for everybody!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 73), Goal: 130 lb - wow i can't believe im almost at my goal weight it's very exciting! all of my hard work has paid off! i do have one disappointment though it seems that with my weight loss, my...um...boobs have shrunk. that was the one thing that i didn't want to get smaller! if anyone has any tips to get them back to their original size(other than to gain the weight back)i would love to hear them(or read,i guess).
for those of you who are still struggling, keep at it because when you look down at the scale, or look in the mirror and see the results it makes all that you've done worth while!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 7, Today: 10 st 7 (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 7 st 10 - So today, I’ve had a bit of water, 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter on and I’ve been to the gym and done 30 minutes in total! It’s 12.46 pm so I might have something to eat in a little bit, I have no idea what though?! What would make a tasty low calorie lunch? It makes me feel so good and proud, just hope I can stick to it cos this is only the first day after all!  (Note: 10 st 7 is 147 lb.)

* Start VERY small! If you can't exercise for 30 minutes, or 20...start with 5, or 2 minutes.
* Break a big goal into small ones. If your goal is to lose 10 lbs, focus on losing 1 lbs every two weeks.
* Post your goal where you will see it.
* Tell someone your goal--parent, friend, and ask them to check in to make sure you're working on it.
* Visualize yourself as if you've already achieved goal: Do this at least twice a day.
* Stay away from negative people--those who think you can't achieve your goal.
* Don't give up if you lose your motivation for a day or even more. No-one is perfect, not even you! Just start again and keep going--you'll do great!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everybody :) I have a question for you.The school will start soon,so will those dreadfull PE classes.And we are requiered to do a sommersault.Well,when I was little I loved doing them,but as I was getting bigger and bigger it became harder.Finally,when I was 11,my PE teacher forbided me to do sommersaults cause I could dislocate my neck,or even brake it,due to ecsess weight.So,basicly,I havent done it in 5 years.Now,finally,Im normal weight,but Im still scared to do it.Please,can you tell me,is it dangerous to do a sommersault?Can you really brake your neck and stay paralysed for rest of your life,or even die?
