Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 157.2 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 125 lb - Last time i weighed myself was on Wednesday. I feel like i gained 2 pounds. All i can think about is food. Its rediculous. I ran for 40 minutes today, and i ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, but way too much for dinner. I hate that. I want to loose 7 pounds in 3 weeks. So i'm gonna send my body into shock and work it. I'm gonna jog for 45 minutes in the morning and 45 when i get back home from school. For the next 3 weeks. Its gonna be really hard to keep up with the eating healthy on the weekends. blehh. :D

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - hey you guys :) (: well i did hit a plateau 3 weeks ago and i was stuck on 160 and 159 pounds. well i did this thing called the zig zag caloric count. or something like that lol. so instead of doing the same old same regimes i had to shock my body into doing more extreme workouts [which i didnt lol i just did the treadmill and abe workout] and eat less calories.. so on mwf i eat healthy and not that much as oppose to tues. thurs. sat. sun. where i eat much more like 1300-1500 and then treadmill for 1 hour and a half. :) and then boom i lost 2 pounds in 3 days :) so thats for anyone thats on a plateau give this a try :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Today I've got to think about me and my situation with my body and my weight. I've always been frustrated with my eating and gaining. So today I thought for the first time: What would be if I'd never lose weight? Would it be the end of the world? Perhaps not. Perhaps I have to live with it. That's completly new to me. What do you think?

and i really wanted to be 160. but do you know any way i could lose a pound or two? i know in 2 days isn't healthy but it would be nice to have lost inches in my hips. but neways i lost 4 pounds this summer! well 4-5. but i only started around this time in july but atleast i didnt gain nething back yet. so if you guys know nething that can help lose 1-2 pounds or lose inches on the hips and waist please tell me! thanks. and good luck =)

Ht. 5'10.5", Start: 221 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey. I've been working on losing weight all summer and have only lost 6 pounds. I eat less and work out sometimes and then I go and eat some more and gain it all back, I really am trying but I think I just need more encourgment. Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - hey you guys :) havent been here for a week or two.. i have a PRObLEM :'[ for the past 2 weeks and half i havent LOST 1 SINGLE POUND. i dont know why i'm not losing any weight.. im really getting tired of this plateau.. i wanted to go back to school 150 :( can someone please give me tips on what to do? on anonther note how is everyone else doing? ready for school? :) i know im not lol. 9 more days and off to my first year in college :( scary huh? i know lol.

I've got no control when I'm together with my friends. Today I feel awful - still full and very fat. I cant' close my jeans anymore. And I'm still hungry. Am i completly mad???

Ht. 5'7", Start: 205 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 124 lb - I thought it was time to change my goal to a slightly lower one.. It'll be more difficult to reach, but I got this health book, which tells me that according to the size of my wrist compared to my height, I should actually weigh 119 - 131! I thought I'd be okay if I just reached 140, but apparently I shouldn't be that heavy! It's been more than a week now since I lost any weight, and I feel so bad about it :( I think it's because I had 2 bad days, out of like, 10. One was because it was my birthday, but I was just hungry on the other and couldn't seem to stop myself. I managed to keep it up for a while before ruining it though, so I must have some self control.. I just need to find it again.. Hows everyone else doing?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 163 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - i have officially hit a platue. it always happens when im trying to cross over from like 140 to 139, or 150 to 149. it sucks because i only have two weeks left of school and 4 pounds to lose. i left school at 146 and want to come back 10 pounds lighter, but with this plateu it doesn't look like its going to happpen.

I am short and overweight. I'm entering sophmore year and am known as the shy girl. Why am I shy? Self esteem and how I always am ashamed of my weight. I hate it. MAKES ME WANT TO KILL MYSELF.. Or just punish myself. I've actucally CUT MYSELF BEFORE! But I was stupid and know that cutting is not the answer. Every girl in my school is so thin or average but I have such huge thighs and glutts. And my stomach is becoming a problem.
I've become aware of the fact that I need to lose weight and I want to do it for this guy I really love and feel that he would like me better if I was thinner. And no, for right now I know for sure he likes me for my personality but I want to lose weight for him so when we meet we can be happy.
If anyone is willing to lose weight with me then I would love it. Knowing that we can keep track of each others weight and exchange tips. Also... (view more)
