Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - hey you guys :) (: well i did hit a plateau 3 weeks ago and i was stuck on 160 and 159 pounds. well i did this thing called the zig zag caloric count. or something like that lol. so instead of doing the same old same regimes i had to shock my body into doing more extreme workouts [which i didnt lol i just did the treadmill and abe workout] and eat less calories.. so on mwf i eat healthy and not that much as oppose to tues. thurs. sat. sun. where i eat much more like 1300-1500 and then treadmill for 1 hour and a half. :) and then boom i lost 2 pounds in 3 days :) so thats for anyone thats on a plateau give this a try :)

good luck :) i know you'll do just fine.. i have one question how much did you weight before embarking on this weight loss journey? :)

nope i'm still the same, around 164-165 lbs. only about 15 pounds away from my goal. but its taking forever lol

hey amanda its been so long since you been here :( how are you doing? have you lost/gain any weight? i hope you are doing great :) and oh yeah i know im so close but i know the closer the harder and longer it'll take :| anyways take care :)
