Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 246 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I was doing so good, had even lost a pound. But then I fell off the wagon and had my fast food again. I really binged on it. I feel so full now. Seems I can only get fatter. But I'll try again next week.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 192 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Hey Guys and Gals! Guess what!!! I lost 2 inches off everything! i am so excited! i didn't even relize until some one told me i look smaller! and i was losing motivation before the person told me that now its back! but still have a long way to go! hows every one else? doing good? losing weight?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - hey guyyssss :D well im going to try doing tae bo cardio billy banks.. :D i was always heard good success about it and i wanted to give it a try since today is the first day since my 1 month break. lol. im serious now i cant keep taking time off because im just wasting time that i coulda shapped my body up. :( anyways ima go try it in 10 minutes [its an hour long] and ima let you guys know how intense it is. lol.

Pretty much what I do at home after school is watch TV and eat. My mom is thinking about getting a family membership at our local Y, and at my school, there's a fitness center that people use after school. But I barely ever do those things! PLEASE HELP!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - im losing motivation slowly since school started. all this school stress is really getting to me!!!!! i was on a severe mission where i lost 22 pounds in 3 months and BAM! school starts and i lost all my motivation to exercise and eat healthy.. today i really did well.. i exercised and ate well although i ate ice cream.. its HOTTTT. lol

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I've lost 4 pounds! I weighed 180 about a week ago, so I'm off to a good start. I haven't even exercised that much, only like 3 maybe 4 times, and I've just been cutting back on processed foods, drinking more water, and eating more fruits and veggies. I also don't eat at school...I take a 100 Calorie Snack and a FiberOne bar to keep me from starving , then when i get home, I have an apple, some grapes, water, and on occasion and orange. It's fabulous - I'm so happy :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - 16 pounds down, it's official! only two more pounds this week and I'll have made my goal of 212 pounds and four more pounds next week and i'll make my goal for the wedding i'm in of 208!!! I can't wait to get under 200 next month or the month after- i haven't been there for years!!!!!!!!

Feel fatter that ever. Get tired soon. I really have to do something! I'm trying to eat healthy, vegetables, fruits. Today I'll start. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - Just wanted to update and say that i've officially lost 15lbs and 15 inches. It's taken about three months, but this is the longest i've stuck to eating healthy and exercising fairly consistently in a long time. Also, last time I lost a good chunk of weight- i wasn't losing as many inches- so this is awesome! The wedding I'm in is later this month, so I'm going to do either taebo or turbo jam every other day for the next couple of weeks and eat a very clean diet. Oh yeah, i haven't even been counting calories- just cutting out a lot of over-processed stuff. Although I was losing more on nutrisystem, I feel better just eating very healthy- tons of veggies and fruits and lean meats. Technically I am now 214.8. I am shooting for 212 by saturday, but I have a feeling that if I get to 213 I'll still be very VERY happy. As long as I keep losing, it doesn't matter how long it takes (except for ... (view more)
