Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - today was good...i worked 8 hours so it reallly kept my mind off food...i ran about a mile...and lifted and did abbs this morningbefore work...i ate about 1200 calories today and hopefully ill be able to see at least a little weight loss tomorrow...ive been on a fin platue for like ever and its really frustrating!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi. It's me again! Still no good news. I'm eating like mad. And I'm gaining. It feels like I'm addicted to food. I have to eat until I'm full. And then I eat again, perhaps an hour later. I'm getting so fat. It seems there's no way out. Anybody here feels like me?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 11 st 0 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 9 st 0 - help! iv put alot of weight on recently. the clothes i wear dont look rite anymore and this is nockin my confidence and insted of doing any thing about it i jst turn to food. im in need of soom advice on how to lose weight. iv tried giving up junk food and iv even brought a wii fit which did start to work but thn i started to slip and now iv jst givin up and finding it hard to start again.  (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 175 lb - So today I was trying to find a swimsuet to wear to the river tomw...but I feel so fat in all of them..my mom is telling me all the time that im putting on the pounds ugh ...so for the past 2 or 3 weeks I have been working out more than i have in a long while! and I dont notice any changes ... so I need motivation to keep up with all the work outs till I notice change....please help :) P.S. what are some good snacks to cook when im hungrey?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 178.6 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - ahh every time I get to a new low weight I start binging and stop exercising and I don't know why!
Today I got to 178.6, and then my sister called and asked if I wanted anything from the store, and I said a bag of chips,a nd ate the entire thing! Then my dad brought me a can of sprite and I thought of saying no, but I just gave in and drank it. Ugh last time I stopped exercising and kept eating and eating for 10 days, and gained about 7 lbs, this time I'm NOT going to do that, I'm going for a walk as soon as I'm done typing this and I'm going to eat better tomorrow.
At least it helps to think that my 'bad' weigh in days now are what my 'good' weigh in days used to be.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 156 lb, Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 115 lb - I.... I just sit here and compare. What do I do? I have tried EVERYTHING. Well, maybe not everything but it sure feels like it. I want to be happy. I want to feel confident. I want to look like my friends. Why have I been the only one of my friends to be overweight? Why am I the only one of my siblings to be overweight? Ugh. I want to not be ashamed when my friends look at pictures of me. I want to not avoid parites and social events beacuse I am embarressed!!! I wish I could just switch bodies with somebody else. I am simply depressed. What do others think of me? I always hear its whats on the inside that counts. Well, has the inside gotten a boy to actually like me? Nthats a big fat NONONO!! What do I do?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so my situation is one that's a tad diffcult. In the past year, I've been on tons of medication, for anxiety and depression, and all of these medications caused me to gain weight. In the past year, I've gained about 30 pounds because of medication. Recently came off a medication break, where I lost a bit of weight, but it also became apparent I can not really live a normal life without being on these medications. So I'm back on medication, and despite my healthy lifestyle, I'm struggling to mantain my weight. =/ So I'm not so much on here to ask for weight loss advice, because none of it will be to effective for me, so much as to ask how all of you manage to keep your confidence and self-esteem up, despite being heavier, because I'm having a rough time of it. (If anyone has gone through something similar, and knows something that might help me lose weight, I'd love to hear about it.) Anyway, thanks, and good luck to everyone! <3

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - 2 weeks left...i have been at a platue so im not tryin to lose 20 pounds in that amount of time anymore...if i make it down to 210 i would be more than happpy!! lets see just got done lifting and running...and i think i might go for another mile run or soo in a little bit because i feel like it really clears my mind...its basically like my new favorite thing to do...god i didnt think i would ever say that...annnyways i had some blueberrys for breakfast and special k protein water because of the lifting i need more protein...i also read in a mag that blueberries help with burning belly fat so well see if thats going to work...i have no idea what im going to do for the rest of the day but tomorrow im going shopping try on some new clothes....for school im super excited...well thats all for today im trying to get back on track with life and my weight loss...hopefully everyone is doing better than me...

I know the basics of losing weight but id like to have advice on like the types of meals + times of eating + perhaps how long it has taken people roughly my size to hit their goal. x  (Note: 11 st 3 is 157 lb.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - ok, so i offically gained like 5 to 7 pounds in two moths... school starts tommorrow and so does my diet. i plan and pray to lose like 56 pounds from now till my birthday in march. Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 110 lb - Noooooo. I only lost .2 pounds this week... Thats saddening. But i guess its ok. My summer goal was to make it to 130 or past that. And i still have two weeks to go. So i guess i'm still doing alright. I'll work harder next week i guess.
