Ht. 5'3", Start: 13 st 6, Today: 12 st 13 (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 11 st 7 - Ok so i feel kinda bad today ive only eaten 197 kcals but surprisingly i don't feel hungry or faint so i know i shouldn't but im thinking hey well if i aint feelin' hungry then why should i eat !!!! let's see how it goes eh ? good luck everyone keep it up x.  (Note: 12 st 13 is 181 lb.)

you haven't got the energy to cook anything because your not eating, it's all very well losing weight because of it now but if you carry on this way as soon as you start eating again (which you will have to in order to stay alive) your body will store it as fat! I wouldn't recommend this at all! Please force yourself to eat something!

well it kinda helped i lost 4 lbs yesterday and i havent yet eaten anything today im starting to worry but im just not feeling hungry and i havent got the energy to cook or eat anything :S i really need help ppl :(

i agree but sometimes your not hungry your not hungry so dont eat...but once you start feeling a little hungry eat something small so your metabalism doesnt stop completly and also so you dont end up bindging and being rreally frustrated in yourself.

You really shouldnt do that...it makes your metabolism a LOT slower. Then when you start eating again, your body will hang onto all that extra fat.
