Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everybody.Can you please tell me whats up with this "Questions and Answers" area?Everytime I post a question it never gets answered.My questions arent long,I dont use faul language or anything like that.Only questions that are posted are really ridiculous "Am I fat","I cant stop eating junk food","Im 5 foot 3,95 lb,am I fat?" and stuff like that.Plus,I noticed that this Lucy or whoever answers these questions always posts the same answers and doesnt even bother to read the details.Sheesh,Im really annoyed by this.Whats your experience with Questions and Answers area?Did your questions get answered?
P.S.-last time I posted a question it was about Whole and skimmed milk,cause I heard that wholl milk makes you fat,which kinda doesnt make sence cause everyone I know drinks wholl milk(mostly in coffe) and they come in all shapes and sizes

Ht. 5'7", Start: 205 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 126 lb - Another 2 lost :D I know it sounds odd because I haven't lost a whole load of weight, but I've noticed it most in my wrists.. I could never meet my thumb and middle finger around them but now I can slightly overlap them.. anyone else found this? How's it all going?

Ht. 5'4.5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 115 lb - Well.... here it comes! SCHOOL. I'd be fine with it if it weren't for this one problem. I wear a unifrom! Ok... so I know your thinking whats the big deal? The deal is that everyone is wearing the same thing and it looks better on everyone than on me! I mean you see these thin fit girls standing next to me looking amazng and wearing the same thing as me! IT makes me look worse! I really want to loose some wait about 40 lbs. My parents won't let me start any sports right now and volleyball doesn't start til september. I need some things to do outside that are really helpful! I dpn't want to walk or run... thats really boring. Anything fun?!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 245 lb, Today: 243 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 174 lb - Ok so ive been on here a few times but i HAVE TO RESTART EVERYTHING...i hit a new brick wall i thought i was losing weight because everything was changing but i have gained 15 pounds since june 4th what the hell i didnt expect that at all im always around 230 and im always out doing stuff but im starting a whole new diet and everything i want to get down to atlest 200 by december and im going to try and lose 3lbs everyweek..as long as i stay focused im good

Ht. 5'6", Start: 258 lb, Today: 248 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - alright so in 2 weeks ive lost 10 pounds by eating modestly n goin 2 the gym 4 ABOUT 45 miniutes 3 or 4 times a week but latley it seems as if i have been spiraling back down to my old habitats.. does nybody have ny tips to stay moivated??? or does nybody wanna be weight-loss buddies??

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 180 lb - havnt really lost weight for a few weeks now but im sooo surprised i havnt gained any...ive been eating complete crap ...cookies icecream...evvverythin!!! but ivebeen workiing outso i guess thats been maintaining my weight...i just got back from a mile run...and im gonna go for 1.5 miles when it cools off tonight...wish me luck and i hope all yall are doing just a little better than i am. :D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi! Last weekend, I had two good days. I didn't eat much, only fat-free things, and drank a lot of water. I lost 1 lbs. And felt great! But yesterday I started again to binge. I'm so full now. And frustrated again. I feel like I can never lose that weight. Anybody feels like me?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - hey peeps.! well i finally broke into the 150s!! i cant believe i would ever get down this far i remember i was making a comment last month about breaking into the 160s lol. now im breaking into the 150s and i would be lying if i actually said i dreamed of making it into the 150s... :( i thought i would give up like i always do, after i lost 22 pounds. this time im mentally fit, therefore i know for a fact i will not give up! and you know what YOU GUYS ARE ON THE SAME bOAT AS I AM!! PLEASE DONT GIVE UP.! LETS ALL MAKE IT TOGETHER.! im waiting for all of us to post our success stories once and for all.. :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 130 lb - HEY! i haven't been on here in forever and i gained a couple pounds since then, but since i have 30 days left of summer, i'm going to try to get to 130 before its over. so hopefully it'll happen. i think i'm gonna try tracy anderson's workout which is like super crazy but its supposed to give you a dancer body. oh, did i mention your supposed to work out 2 hours a day, 6 times a week? yeah well i told you it was crazy. wish me luck!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 200 lb - so this past week ivvve been eating horrible...not a ton of food...just bad food ...oops...i leave for school in 8 days and i really want these 8 days to be amazing...with excerizing so im in shape when my practices start! anywayyys ive almost lost my 20 pounds this summer and i know i can do it! i didnt do anything this weekend just worked...i know i should have worked out iwas just sooo tired...after work today since i get off early i am going to go lift...do abbs..and run 2 miles...then i know ill feel much better about my self...wish me luck and good luck with all of your weightloss :D
