Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everybody.Can you please tell me whats up with this "Questions and Answers" area?Everytime I post a question it never gets answered.My questions arent long,I dont use faul language or anything like that.Only questions that are posted are really ridiculous "Am I fat","I cant stop eating junk food","Im 5 foot 3,95 lb,am I fat?" and stuff like that.Plus,I noticed that this Lucy or whoever answers these questions always posts the same answers and doesnt even bother to read the details.Sheesh,Im really annoyed by this.Whats your experience with Questions and Answers area?Did your questions get answered?
P.S.-last time I posted a question it was about Whole and skimmed milk,cause I heard that wholl milk makes you fat,which kinda doesnt make sence cause everyone I know drinks wholl milk(mostly in coffe) and they come in all shapes and sizes

basically, whole milk has a lot of fat, skim milk has none.

haha. nice! so it took you about 6 months to lose 50+ pounds! amazing! :) the problem right now is that i cant seem to lose weight any faster.. before i just dropped 21 pounds in 2 months.. now i still havent lost any weight!! its so annoying.. its been like 3 weeks and i only lost like 1 pound . LOL. im so frustrated and school is starting in 2 weeks.. pftt.. i had plans to get down to 150. and i know thats not going to happen so im shooting for 155. maybe i should start smoking, since you said it helps. lol. i kid i kid.. :P .. well good luck. you are almost there :)

I started my diet on Easter hollydays.Before,I ate horribly.Potato chips,french fries,juice and coke,and thats about it LOL,no wonder I was fat.Well,then I only ate fruit,veggies and cooked meat,no carbs.Then,on summer,I only ate fresh fruit and vegges and drank water.Plus,I smoke,that helps a little(but I dont reccomend it xD)But once in a while I treat myself with a hamburger with lots of onions :)So,yeah,thats about it.And I remembered something.We have to have a skinny person mentallity.They arent opsessed about food and calories like we are.We need to look at food like a fuel,not comfort.I have plenty of hobbies so it takes my mind of food.So,thats about it.Thank you for replying and good luck :D

wow! you lost so much weight.. i was wondering how long did it take you? give us some tips girly . heh :) .. wow you came a long way.. im really proud of you. pftt i wish i could be in my 130s.. :(
anyways i saw your post about eating tortillas.. well guess what you were right.. its not that healthy :|. i think ima get the veggie one you told me :) thanks for the tip..
now back to topic.. about whole milk.. dont worry about it.. its probably a myth.. :)
