Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 180 lb - so im at my lowest and hopefully will keep gettin lower...that ive been all summer...i lost a pound yesterday...im thinkin im still losing water weight which is why im losing about a pound a day the past few days...annnd working my butt off in the gym...annnyways sooo i dont work today so im going to go to the gym and run 2 miles...and do the crosstrainer for a hour and if i feel up to doing more maybe something less sstraining and do the bike...prolly not tho cause when i come home im going to do my lifting workout and my ab workout....hopefully today will go by fast since it sucks when it doesnt and all i see is the fridge in front of me....21.4 pounds till my minigoal :D yayyy and about 20 days till i leave for school...i know its alot of weight to lose in 20 days...but im sure if i dont meet it i will be pretty dang close! good luck everyone

Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I'm thinking about doing some sports to lose weight. I hate walking and going to the gym, but swimming could be a good idea. But I feel fat, fat, fat, when I put on my swimsuit (which is a tad tight, too). Do you think I can go to a public pool if I look so fat? I'm afraid people would stare at me....

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - alright so i went to my cousins wedding this weekend and i pigged out hard on carbs carbs and more carbs. which is why starting yesterday i have completely cut out bread, sugar, pasta, rice you name it. i pretty much just eat chicken, cheese, salads, eggs and what not. kinda like Atkins, except modified. i dont like the fact that on atkins you're eating immense ammounts of saturated fats and what not, so i bought lean chicken breasts and i plan on eating that as opposed to lots of bacon and pork products. i might have some lean steak at some point to switch it up a bit. and maybe have egg whites as well instead of whole eggs, just so i dont overdo the fat intake. i think though, that this diet will work very well for me because it targets belly fat and upper body fat, which is all i have left. my legs and butt and hips are pretty slim now so i just want to target those areas, and by... Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 145 lb - ONE MORE THING. i cant believe im almost at my big two o mini goal. i cant believe im so close to losing 20 pounds.. just one more pound im so so happy! i'll probably treat myself with one small slice of cheese cake :).. im not going to check the scale till AUGUST 1ST, 2009 AND IM HOPING TO GET OUT OF THE 160S. im shootint for 158... i know its only 7 days but i know all that running and healthy food musta helped.. it better! heh.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 222.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - yay i lost a pound...and that was just yesterday...im sure some of it was water weight but oh well...i finally ran my 2 miles in 15 min...great motivation now that i hit that goal im gonna try to do it in 14 min...it a stretch but i know with work i will be able to do it....22.4 pounds till i reach my goal...and i have like a month left till school sooo hopefully i reach that mini goal :D

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223.4 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - sooo im in a super good mood...i lost .4 pounds yeseterday :D and i didnt work out or eat well at all...and this morning i woke up and ran 2 miles in 15 min...first time all summer i havnt even been able to complete 2 miles and this morning something was different and i just pushed through and did it...im sooooooooooooooooo happy...soo lets see i did that...and now im going to go lift and do abbs...and eat around 3 and then at 7 again :D im sooo happy...i already ate at 11...annnyways i cant wait for my weigh in on friday :D hopefully illl be 220...i know i can do it... good luck everyone.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 110 lb - I'm proud of myself. I just lost another 2 pounds since last week. And i have officially lost 30 pounds from my starting weight. I'm soooo happy. So anyways, today, I'm not really on my diet not because i want to but just for other reasons. So i had breakfast and i had about 360 calories. After that i just wasnt hungry all day. So now its dinner. And i have about another 900 calories to eat. I dont want to stuff myself so I'm just going to eat whatever my mom makes. It isnt unhealthy or anything, but i just dont know how many calories are in it. One day "off" my diet won't kill me. How's everybody else doing?

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - heyyyy guys....okkkkay so yesterday i had a frustrated day...and todays gonna be a toughy...me and my boyfriend broke up but hopefully this will be a obsticle i can get through without food!!! ill be at work for 8 hours today soooo hopefully that will keep me plenty distracted and will help me with the food issue...i have tomorrow off tho so hopefully tomorrow goes okay too...welll good luck everyone...i have a month to lose 23.8 pounds and i know i can do it!!!

I'm eating all day long. And I've gained 10 lbs in four weeks! Unbelievable. Everything is getting tight now, I feel soooo fat, I don't want to go out anymore. Tonight I'm alone at home and I'm afraid I'll empty the fridge... What can I do? Does anybody feel the same?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - My doctor recommended I try buying clothes a few sizes too small and trying them on to see how much weight I've lost and to get some motivation. I'm looking for suggestions of what size to aim for. I'm currently size 16-18 in pants, and medium shirts are a little tight on my belly. (I carry most of my weight in my thighs and stomach.) Should I try for size 12 pants?
