Okay, well jake you have to cut your calorie intake work-out and cut foods in half share or save the other half for later. Also eat in portions! Most people think they should'nt eat things they crave but its not true! You can eat what you crave just watch how MUCH! Oh yaa ps. DONT CHECK YOUR WEIGHT EVERY DAY!!! check it once a week. For example lets say you went on the treadmill for 30 mins and ran a mile and lift weights and then the next day you weight more or the same. Then you get frusterated and say like if im working this har whats the point?? CHECK IT1 A WEEK!!!!
