Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 160 lb - I'm so UNMOTIVATED now to lose weight. I used to be super motivated and earlier this week i was exercising and cutting back. but today and yesterday i was eating so badly!ugh i don't know what to do! i wanna be at my first mini goal but idk how? :(

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - so today i worked 9 hours...lol actually thats all i did cause now im way to tired to work out or doing actually anything at all...long workdays are stressful...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and a coke zero...im about to go eat my little tomato cheese thing i created the other day lol...and i may go on a walk later if i dont feel like im gonna ppass out...mmph good luck everyone...and i know i didnt work out today..but ill prolly do some abbs or something and tomorrow i will def work out :D good luck...im feeling at a super high right now!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 130 lb - NUH UHH! i've been on my weight loss less than a month and i've lost a total of 13 pounds!! i cant believe im in the 160s. im so happy because i havent been in the 160s for 0VER A YEAR! :) i just hope i can maintain this weigh loss because lately i havent been exercising for over a week and didnt eat that great but i still lost weight.. im so happy! :) i wish you all the best of luck and i cant wait for all of us to post on the successful stories page!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - alright, soo i've only worked out once this week so far (monday for 35 minutes) but i plan on either working out before work tomorrow or walking to and from work (which is about 15 mins each way. ive been doing pretty well with the eating. i just know that if i was working out more it would be coming off quicker. but not to worry, im doing good otherwise :) ive got 4 weeks left until the wedding... i wanna lose 1 pound per week which will bring me to 161.. my original goal was 160 but ive had a few setbacks (period related binge-fests a couple weeks ago) but honestly, im okay with it. 9 pounds is great to lose for the wedding (i was 170 when i started this wedding-crack down). ill be seeing a lot of family i havent seen since 50 pounds ago so i wanna come in with a bang you know? lol im also moving out next week on July 1st(Canada Day.. think im the only canadian on here but who knows... anyyways i went to the gym when i woke up and ran 8 min...walked 8 min...ran 4 min...walked 4 min...ran 2 min...walked 2 min--total running distance 1.75 miles and walking distance about 1 mile...then i came home and was outsideby thepool...and i swear ive drinking like 4 gallons of water today cause it is hella hot...and then i went on a 3 mile walk with my madre...sweated sooo much cause its 101 here!!! i kno ridiculous and thats where the 4 gallons of water estimate really added up lol....well wish me luck for my weigh in tomorrow hopefully its gone down :D

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Only went up 2 pounds during this whole time - that's absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been eating everything in sight it seems like lol. Anyway, I'm so glad it wasn't more :). I'm thinking about getting the 30 day shred - how's everyone liking it that's on it so far? Would you recommend it?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 178 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 76), Goal: 115 lb - so i had this dress that i bought, but there was a problem, there is a zipper on the back, and it wouldn't zip. well today i tried on the dress, and guess what, it zip all the way up with no problem. Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - So I haven't been on here in awhile because of some personal issues that I've had. I actually haven't stepped on a scale in over a week so I have no idea what my weight is right now lol - kind of scary actually. I may have to start all over, I don't know.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I'm coming back on here now (still dealing with the personal stuff, but I can't let my eating habits continue to slide like I've been doing).

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 150 lb - So I was supposed to post this yesterday but didn't have time. Well Last Monday (June 15th) I weighed 218lbs, and as of yesterday (June 22nd) I weighed 211lbs. I definitley think the shred had a lot to do with it. I started the shred Wed. (June 17th) This is what I did last week: Mon. 1hr on stationary bike Wed. 1hr on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Thurs. 44mins on stationary bike, 30day shred, Fri. 1 1/2hrs (90mins) on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Sat. 1hr on stationary bike, 30 day shred, Sun. 45mins on stationary bike, 30 day shred. I'm on level one by the way, and I use 10lb weights because that's all I have. I'm soooooo much closer to 200! Can't wait to be under the 200's again!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey guys! Listen, I usually do my workout in my room using the laptop. Well, yesterday the DVD of 30 Day Shred arrived. And...my laptop broke. You following me? Since it broke, I have to do my workouts somewhere else which isn't too much of a problem, really. BUT, now my whole plan of doing circuits of BFBM along with 30 Day Shred goes kaput because I don't own the DVD.
My plan?
Today, I will do Level 3 and Level 1. Tomorrow, I will do Level 3 and Level 2. Then, I'll alternate to get extra work in. I ought to lose about 2 pounds this week, right?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - 12 pounds down my first month! I'm so excited! And this is after eating a whole medium pineapple and ham pizza by myself this week (bad, i know, but I still managed to lose 2lbs!). I'm hoping next month I can get around 205, and the month after that I will be in the 190's which would be incredible!!! Also- I just found out that I'm getting a free week of nutrisystem's select frozen foods which I hear are really really good! Yay me! And this is before adding in more intense exercise- so my plan this upcoming month is to lose inches, inches, and more inches by adding in the 30 day shred, free weights, and my exercise ball along with my semi-regular hour-long walks. I actually think being 185 or less around the end of september is doable!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - so one month ago i took my measurements.... which were chest - 39 inches waist - 32.5 in. hips - 41 in. then realized it had been one month today, so with a little bit of doubt i mustered the courage to measure myself... and much to my surprise my waist went down to 31.5 and my hips down to 40!! i was so shocked considering i still weigh the same as i did when i took the measurements... well maybe like 1 or 2 pounds less at most.. im so happpy!! i want my waist to be in the 20s.. like 28 or 29 that'd be awesome.. but we'll see. i dont have much fat left around the waist, its the lower stomach i gotta get rid of. anyway just thought id post my success :) hehe. hope everyones doing great !:)

I was watching Tyra Banks Show today and they were promoting the NIVEA MY SILHOUETTE (skinny jeans challenge). Well i was wondering if anyone used it and if so did it work? just wondering. P.S. i had a terrible past week where i was binge eating for the past week and climbed up to 172 but went back down to 170.9 :) the next time im going to weight in is JULY 1ST. i hope i lose 5 pounds by then i havent been in the 160s in over a year :( so when im there i'll make sure to post my small accomplishment. :) thanks
