Ht. 5'2", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hello! My name is Whitney...I want to lose weight soo soo bad but im not sure how to do it. Im a picky eater so im not a fan of fruits and vegetables...lol. but anyways can someone give me some advice about this? I have no clue where to start

well! their is a diet called herbalife in this diet you eat once a day at mid day and morning and night you drink shakes it sounds bad but!!! you can have snacks in between aaannnndddd even if you eat like a bit of bad stuff u will still lose weight not as fast but u will all you have to do is change ur life style a bit and like if you eat 2 bags of cheetos now only eat 1 cut back on half of the junk food you eat and month by month take away a bit more and more! and i will guarintee that you will lose weight slowly but surely
P.S. try walking a bit to at least down the street and back
