Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - so one month ago i took my measurements.... which were chest - 39 inches waist - 32.5 in. hips - 41 in. then realized it had been one month today, so with a little bit of doubt i mustered the courage to measure myself... and much to my surprise my waist went down to 31.5 and my hips down to 40!! i was so shocked considering i still weigh the same as i did when i took the measurements... well maybe like 1 or 2 pounds less at most.. im so happpy!! i want my waist to be in the 20s.. like 28 or 29 that'd be awesome.. but we'll see. i dont have much fat left around the waist, its the lower stomach i gotta get rid of. anyway just thought id post my success :) hehe. hope everyones doing great !:)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 170.9 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - hey everyone! :) hope you guys are doing well! I was watching Tyra Banks Show today and they were promoting the NIVEA MY SILHOUETTE (skinny jeans challenge). Well i was wondering if anyone used it and if so did it work? just wondering. P.S. i had a terrible past week where i was binge eating for the past week and climbed up to 172 but went back down to 170.9 :) the next time im going to weight in is JULY 1ST. i hope i lose 5 pounds by then i havent been in the 160s in over a year :( so when im there i'll make sure to post my small accomplishment. :) thanks

Ht. 5'6", Start: 11 st 1, Today: 11 st 1 (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 8 st 7 - Hi so i'm new and well i started losing weight last year and i lost a stone :) but then since christmas i gained it all again :( and so now i only have 3 weeks to lose as much weight as i can for my brothers wedding where i'm going to be a bridesmaid and i have to fit into the dress!
i need any tips you can to help me lose weight fast please!! xx  (Note: 11 st 1 is 155 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - heyy! I lost 1 of the 4 pounds that I gained! Whoopee! So, today I am going to do level 3 of 30 day shred and circuit 2 of Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I am trying all the circuits out because, in 14 days, I'm going to be done with the 30 day shred and I'm going to need something new. I like the idea of BFBM because it's all cardio (along with some strength and core mixed in) and so you burn tons of calories and lose fat. "Lose up to 5 pounds a week!" We'll see...:-)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey guys! I just read about this super drink to get rid of water weight from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser trainer/creator of 30 day shred):
Get 60 oz. of distilled or pure water
Add a teaspoon of sugar free cranberry juice
Add 1 dandelion root tea bag
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
This is supposed to help you lose 5 pounds in 7 days--depending on how much water weight you're carrying around.
You drink one (1) 8 oz. cup a day, according to her website.
I'm going to try this out! Who's with me? If you have any questions, feel free to ask. ^_^

I just wanted to post something on here to, sort of, make it official; today, I am planning on doing my 30 day shred (day 2 of level 3, eeep!) and then, also on Youtube lol, doing at least 20 minutes of her mostly cardio workout: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Since I kinda fell off the wagon, I'm going to try an incorporate that workout along with the shred at least 3 times so I can get back on the wagon. lol! Wish me luck!! It looks SUPEEEERRRR DUPEEERRRR hard. Well, then again, so did level 3 and I got through it--somehow... ^_^

I've eaten brownies TWICE this week, banana bread (w/ 300 calories a slice), ice cream, no-bake cookies, pizza, Wendy's, Coke...! Basically, I've eaten crud. So, today, I had healthy cereal for breakfast, I'm eating tuna for lunch (maybe in a salad), chicken for dinner w/ vegetables. I need to eat extremely strict this week. Plus, I'm on level 3 of 30 day shred. So, that combined should help put me back on track...
My mom says some of the weight might be from starting to use 2 pound weights instead of water bottles...? What do you guys think?
