Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - hey guys!! so i was really busy this weekend...i worked 20 hours...i didnt have any time to work out tho :[ oh well my body kinda needed a break from me kicking my butt...anyways today after i got up i went to the corec...did a 6 min run and then a hour on a crosstrainer then 6 miles on the bike...i was going to go swimming but i had to come home to babysit...but when im done with that im goign to go play tennis with one of my friends...lol i suck at tennis oh well we will have fun!!! i havnt had anything to eat today because i have been feeling sick to my stomach but once i get hungry im going to fix myself a turkey sandwhich :D sorry this isnt as long as my other posts lol to those girls who like it!!! but keep up the good work and wish me luck :D

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - well today i have eaten a total of 800 calories.. and burned 275, i know thats not alot but i am proud of myself;) I am offically starting my diet to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.. so wish me luck, and another thing, i hate working out in front of people at the gym, like the running on the treadmill. What should i do to get over that?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 178 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 115 lb - ok. so i was trying to start a diet on friday, but i failled cause there was to many temptations, so yesterday, i tried to eat healthy, but i couldn,t. and today i ate chips. i will try to start a diet, tomorrow, and this time i wanna stick to it, so please wish me luck.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so i know i already posted today, but i just thought id share... i just tried out the 30 day shred on youtube. it was a decent workout but to be honest... i hate it. it wasn't fun for me. im the type of person who needs it to be fun to want to do it, so it just wasnt my thing. im not bashing it because you definitely work up a sweat, but im more of a cardio and dance type of gal lol i think ill stick to my Rockin' Body dance workouts for now. definitely keep shred in mind for toning later on though. My question is for DancingDamsel though... how often did you do shred ? like, did you do it everyday of the week or did you give yourself a break day or ? thanks!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - woohooo 5 pounds gone so far. 5 to go! well... more like 7ish to go. id loooove to be in the 150s for the wedding i go to in july. even 158-159 and id be amazingly happy. mainly because the last wedding i went to on that end of the family was 2 years ago, and they havent seen me since i was about 215 pounds. it will be nice to get the compliments! my parents are making fish and chips for supper, i figure ill have one small piece of fish and then count the calories in the fries on the package. my moms making angel food cake with strawberries and light whipped cream for dessert mmmmm. at least angel food cake is much much lower in fat and calories than regular cake. ill probably end up doing my 35 or 45 minute workout tonight to burn off some of the extra cals. one more week until i take my measurements again. i hope i lose at least half an inch around my waist. that would be boss. anyways hope everyones doing amazing! keep up the good work :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I finally lost some more.Bye-Bye plateau!!Well yesterday i ate a tuna salad(260)with red wine vinaigrette(80)and water from Subway.Then later on I had some unsalted straight from the farmers market peanuts,and later i had to eat a corn tortilla(the crunchy kind)with some cheese on it cause my dad found out i didnt eat much the day before....all i had was a small vanilla shake(i was going to a graduation and was rushed with limited options).Well im not gonna eat after 5:30 and im gonna start excersising atleast 5 out of 7 days a week so i can look good when we come bak to school.Ohh,and today so far all i've had is Sunchips(210) because later im gonna go eat chinese with my family (its buffett so i usually get two plates of vegtables and shrimp,usually medium portions).From what you just read,how much do you think i can lose by august?Thanks for reading&&please comment.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 130 lb - Wow- I haven't been back here for a while. I haven't been trying to lose weight for a while, either. But now that school's out and I'm currently looking for a job, it's high time I lose weight. Also, I have a wedding and a vacation in September.
Good news, though. I'm on nutrisystem and have lost about5 lbs this week. I thought it wouldn';t be that healthy, but I eat about 1200-1400 cals a day, several servings of fresh fruits and veggies and food that is low on the glycemic index. I know there are preservatives, but I only get about half my cals from the prepackaged foods- which is less than I go from crappy pre-packaged foods before. Anyways- if anyone is interested and is over 18 and wants a coupon on their first order, give me your email address and i'll get you 30 dollars in "buddy bucks" (which means I will save 30 dollars on my next order too. win-win).

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I didn't do well today at all. Tomorrow is the day though-I desperately want to lose weight before all my summer activities, and this is it, this is the beginning. My mom and I were talking and I've been writing down everything we need to get rid of and the healthy stuff we need to buy and the workout schedule for each day. I like writing my own workout schedule because then I can mix it up a little bit and do different things. My twin brother and I play volleyball in our backyard a lot during the summer so I'm looking foward to that and I get to babysit my niece a lot during July-August so I'm gonna take her and my dog on tons of walks. I finally felt that little click go off in my head that said, "You're finally ready for this, and this time, you really want it." I'm sick of dieting and then gaining it back, this time is real, this time I'm really going to do it. And I'm ecstatic that I know that I'm finally ready for it.

Today, probably could have been a little better so far, but the bad things I did eat I ate in really small portions. And I'm still going to go work out, lifting weights and running and what not. Wish me luck!

again with the treadmill sorry. lol. anyways does the treadmill help melt fat butts and thighs? or does it tone it like make it the fat into bulky legs? i just wanna lose the fat off.. then tone later.. i dont know how this works... please help me.. and i have this 5 pound ball i exercise with my arms.. will that make my fat melt or tone it with bulky muscles. sorry if im confusing you... i just dont wanna do the wrong exercises and come out looking weird and bulky. pleaes HELP! =]
