Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - well today i have eaten a total of 800 calories.. and burned 275, i know thats not alot but i am proud of myself;) I am offically starting my diet to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.. so wish me luck, and another thing, i hate working out in front of people at the gym, like the running on the treadmill. What should i do to get over that?

i sta today and ate egg whites for breakfast, and special k crackers for snack..
