Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so i know i already posted today, but i just thought id share... i just tried out the 30 day shred on youtube. it was a decent workout but to be honest... i hate it. it wasn't fun for me. im the type of person who needs it to be fun to want to do it, so it just wasnt my thing. im not bashing it because you definitely work up a sweat, but im more of a cardio and dance type of gal lol i think ill stick to my Rockin' Body dance workouts for now. definitely keep shred in mind for toning later on though. My question is for DancingDamsel though... how often did you do shred ? like, did you do it everyday of the week or did you give yourself a break day or ? thanks!

well, i organize myself. i usually take a day off on Sundays but, see, if i know i won't be able to shred on friday because of something, i'll take that day off and shred on sunday instead. but, listen, it may not be for you, but I LOST THREE POUNDS THE FIRST 10 DAYS!!!!
