Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - EVERYTHING ANYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT 30 DAY SHRED:
I thought since so many people are trying it, and I've been doing it for 11 days.
Firstly: The 30 day shred is a 20 minute workout designed by Jillian Michaels, trainer on the Biggest Loser. Why she's so great: Every single winner on the Biggest Loser has been trained by her, not Bob __ the other trainer.
Now, the 30 day shred is divided into 3 levels. You do level 1 for 10 days (ideally, if it takes you longer to be able to do it in full for a few days, keep going. If it's too easy after a few days, move on), level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days.
In each level, there are three circuits. In each circuit, there are 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs.

But sometimes i just get the urge to eat like real food, but i don't want to give in. Does anyone have any recipies for good but healty food??? I have to take my seniors pictures soon and i want to look good in them.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Ok, so this has nothing to do with weightloss (although I've been stuck at 188 for a week now and I'm so frustrated lol), but I just got an e-mail from a friend of mine for E.L.F. make-up. I guess it's being taken over by Nordstrom and right now, they're selling everything on their site at a deep discount (most of the products are 1.00-3.00). Anyway, so I thought if some of you are like me, I like to reward myself when I hit a mini-goal of mine and what better than new makeup =D! Here's the site if anyone's interested:

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 226.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so today i got called off work because of the rain...so i decided to hit up the corec and work out for a bit...i did a 7:30 min run (a little under a mile) and then biked for 34 min...was shooting for a hour but my mom needed me to pick her up from work so i had to cut it short a little bit but i still had a really good work out...im going to go on a walk with one of my friends later tonight if it stops raining...which i hope it does cause i love my walks at night...food wise so far i didnt do too good..my mgr at work brougt candy tons of it...and i had a few pieces of chocolate...oh well hopefully i worked most of it off when i went running...and biking...im a little disapointed in my self...for lunch i had a turkey and cheese sandwhich and for dinner i think im going to have a big yummy salad again...im so excited im losing weight again...ive been in a platue but im doing okay now...i hope everyone else is too!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166.5 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - okay so, been starting over for the past 3 days and already the water weight is gone, so that means i gained between 1 pound and half a pound. NOT SO BAD!!!! i was expecting way more. im really happy. now im back on track with another 5 and a half weeks til the wedding i go to. i can probably make it to 160, but we'll see. anywhere under 165 will make me very happy :) hope evryones doing great. keep it up!!! :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - I have been reading SO many good things about Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I tried this about a month ago and could only get through like 5mins of it but I think I'm going to start it on Wedsenday and push myself through it. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? I think you do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. You can find the workout for free On Demand, I've also read that it is on youtube.com (not sure though) Let me know!! It's a 20minute workout by the way!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so i still havnt been seeing any weightloss on the scale..but can def see it when i get ready for work...because im a lifeguard and my suit fits way better...lol anyways today i had work all day...and had a turkey sandwhich..with some cheetos because their my weakness and i allow myself to have a serving everyday with my lunch to keep me motivated and positive...then i went to the gym cause i got off early...i ran 7:15 sec...walked for about 6 min..then ran another 2 min and walked another 1 min..then i did 15 min on the bike...and i was sweating like crazy lol..i prolly looked discusting at the gym...but who cares...the end will pay off...im not there to impress anyone...for dinner i had a really big yummy salad...and some diet green tea yay for today and im def not hungry at all!! its amazing how good and alieve i feel right now...i could get used to this ...

Hmm...I’d like to see how much easier level 1 is now that I’m on level 2... :-)Also, I think I need to eat more...I've been eating between 600-1000 calories...

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I just weighed myself and much to mu surprise I was 218lbs! Last Monday (June 8th) I was 225lbs, up 2lbs from my previous weigh in. I have no idea how I lost the weight. Only exercised 3 times last week and I also had my fav. chinese food, and my BF made taco salad Sat. night w/ doritos, it was loaded. I had two plates. =( I wasn't going to weigh myself because my period started yesterday so hopefully when I weigh myself next Monday I'll be down even more. I don't know. We'll see. Hope all is well w/ everyone.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 227.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - Hey guys...so i just got done with a long day of work...anyways for lunch i had turkey 6 inch ...from subbwway which was amazing...and dinner i just had a big tasty salad and some chicken on top...now im going to go run a mile then walk 2 miles with one of my friends...i just want the weight to come off and its hard to stay motivated...so i just keep telling myself that eventually it will pay off...and everyone seriously it will...so if anyone else is feelin unmotivated like me...have ur motivation be how your gonna look and feel in a month...2 months...or what im saying 3 months...good luck everyone and wish me luck :D
