Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, so ive been running and eating well and ive lost some weight. But sometimes i just get the urge to eat like real food, but i don't want to give in. Does anyone have any recipies for good but healty food??? I have to take my seniors pictures soon and i want to look good in them.

What exactly do you mean by real food? What do you eat? I say this time & time again, you can still have what you love, just in moderation. Use smaller plates/bowls and smaller utensils so you don't stuff yourself. I'm not too sure of many healthy recipes but I would look at hungrygirl (I think it's hungrygirl.com) they may have some. Also google it and I'm sure you'll find lots. I hope someone can actually give you a recipe. Goodluck with everything!
