Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 160 lb - okay, so five lbs away from mini goal. anyways i started this new workout from a magazine and it's so hard! but i do feel changes after 4 days. and i also have bball for like 2 hrs so hopefully by the end of this summer i'll be 150! wish me luck! thanks!!!
