Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - UGH!! okay so i started my weight loss on May 29th and i lost 11 pounds since then .. :) but for the last 5 days i haven't exercised and pigged out! i was 168 before this and towered back to 170.5 in 5 days!! ugh! it was because of my graduation and all the events i just let go and ate what i wanted and didnt exercise... i was so HAPPY when i broke through the 160s cause i havent been in the 160s for a year! now i feel like sh*t! i broke into the 160s and i was so happy and then i just screwed it all up. i know just whining wont help but its okay though ima go back on the treadmill and the 30 day shred. T0DAY! :)
