Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - ugh,,, bad day. I did alright with breakfast, but then for lunch i had 2 slices of pizza, and then... i went to my grandmas and had 2 donuts :(... altogether i had 1685 calories which isnt a lottt but i didnt work out either. i think i might do my 35 minute disco groove dance video lol it burns some serious calories.. bah. tomorrow im cuttin right back to make up for it.. probably like 1100 cals or something. i feel like crap but i got it out of my system and now im ready to rock for the rest of the week. i hate slipping up like this. but it could be worse.. i could have eaten over 2000 calories or something. i cant wait until july 1st. my boyfriend and i are moving into our first apartment together, so at least this way i can have a say on what foods come into the house. ill be eating chicken breasts and tofu and healthy stuff all the time. cant wait !!:) well i hope everyone else had a better day than i did. keep staying strong guys <3

Now I'm 16 and I miss all the motivation and support I got from here. Well, it was right after some holidays a few years ago and I was shocked and disgusted to see that I weighed in at 184 lbs. I wanted to cry, and I was really upset. One day I bought a copy of Teen magazine (Emma Watson was on the cover, haha) and I saw the book "The Diet for Teenagers Only" advertised. After that my mom bought it for me and I started following it. It was really hard to change my life, but I slowly did and I learned a lot. With ups and downs I got down to 162 lbs by June 2007. Then I had a horrible summer for family reasons and tension piled the weight right back on; I seemed to lose all my good habits and forget everything. Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well its been about a month and im the same as i was at the start of my month,but im one pound bigger which i didnt update cause i figured its water weight from my period which im 7 days late for.My mom says its because of my diet but last minth i was only 2 days early,so i figured it would be the same.And last month i lost 24 pounds just from not eating meat,bread,fish,eggs,ranch,and not drinking anything besides water which i changed this month to no meat,no bread,no potatoes,no chocalate,no ranch and nothing to dring besides water.so basically i eat shrimp and vegtables ALL the time,and i have lost nothing,which is weird cause i ate alot of potatoes last month so i figured cutting those out would increase the weight loss.Advice&&help.Please:D

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so on Monday I did a 2mile powerwalk (DVD), 30mins on the stationary bike, and 14mins of tae bo. Tues. I did 2hrs on the stationary bike, and a 2mile powerwalk. I feel like I should have done more on Monday but oh well atleast I got some exercise in. How's everyone else doing?

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - soooo i lost 2 pounds since yesterday :D...ive been eating amazing and working out two hours a day...im in such a good mood with this...although my dad has said i snap alot easier...but oh well lol im happy...im sure hell get use to me or ill stop snaping once my body understands healthy is the new me. Im about to go to work at the pool...then im going to go straight to the gym. ill run 5:15sec as a warmup go do some ab work...a hour on the cross trainer...and then 3 miles on the bike.Then im going to a baseball game tonight...with eating i had a bowl of special k for breakfast...and then for lunch...its gonna be a late lunch actually like 3...i had breakfast at like 11...so for lunch im going to have a grilled cheese and turkey sandwhich- (200 calories) and then for dinner either steamed vegies or a big yummy salad :D good luck everyone

Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Ok, so, I didn't eat extremely well while away and I haven't shredded since Saturday and...jeez, guys, I need some motivation--big time. And, also, I can't do anything tomorrow (dress rehearsal 10:00am-9:00pm) or the next day (production 9:00am-9:00pm). I'm going to shred today and then I guess I could shred tomorrow before, like, 9:00am?? Then, I'll shower, get ready, and do what I've got to do, I guess...

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - hey guys just wanted to share something i accidentally created lol. i was attempting to make a strawberry smoothee and ended up making what looked and tasted like icecream. all i did was put 2 cups of frozen strawberries, one 35 calorie yogurt and half a cup of milk in the blender and mix it until its the consistency of ice cream. you can also add 2 or 3 packets of splenda. it is seriously amazing . and the best part? you get a huge bowl for 190 calories!! no added sugar. try it sometime.... it will knock you on your butt!!!!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230.8 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 180 lb - idk why but omg working out is making me feel soooo good!!! sometimes i just wanna go work out again during the day because of how alieve it makes me feel lol...but i dont wanna go to the point where its all i think about...i was at the gym for about 2 hours today...did a 5 min run...ran about 3/4 a mile...im gonna increase my run 15 sec each day! lol and hopefully that will help with my warmup ...then i lifted some weights to keep mme toned for volleyball...i really need to start doing my jumping excerises! lol then i went on the crosstrainer for a hour then hit the bike for 2 miles...now im home and geting ready to eat some yummy steamed vegies...and for breakfast i had some special k cerel :D and im really losing weight like its working...and fast...i dont really see it in my body yet but my face...wow u can really tell!! 10 pounts down 50 to go...oh god that sounds like sooo much oh well i can sooo do it!! good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - Ugh, my boyfriend made breakfast this morning while I was still sleeping. He made scrambled eggs, bacon, and buttered toast! Even though I still eat what I want, I didn't want to eat like a lot of "bad" food at once, lol So I got one egg, two pieces of toast, and two pieces of bacon, but he threw 2 more pieces of bacon on my plate because he said he wasn't going to eat all of the bacon. And I ate ketchup on my eggs BTW...I'm about to go workout, hopefully I can burn a lot of calories. I think my boyfriend tries to sabotoge my weightloss, lol he's always buying icecream and cookies and cupcakes, etc. Luckily for him he doesn't gain any damn weight! Do you think anyone ever tries to sabatoge your weightloss??

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 158 lb - okay, so i know i already posted today but i did so well i had to share lol i had done my 45 minute dvd earlier this morning, but then i had this like surge or energy... so i did the 35 minute video.... and then.... did it again. thats 1 hour and 55 minutes of cardio today!! woohoo! i wonder how many calories i burned. i guess ill google it lol im gonna top it off with chicken breast for dinner .. no carbs. that way all those calories burned wont be replaced by carbs. woohoo so proud :) anyways, good luck guys!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 110 lb - today i did pretty good except for eating 3 120 calorie cookies but whatever i was on the treadmill for 40 minutes. OH and i have a question. if i start working out and stuff with weights will my legs get bigger? i dont want them too and i used to have skinny legs so is there like a smaller chance?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 110 lb - today i weighed myself and it said i was 139, so its good. and i only ate around 800 calories, cause i keep track on sparkteens. i think i'm doing pretty good today but i have no idea what to eat for dinner, i'm afraid i'll binge or just eat something super fattening and unhealthy. i'm going to workout too hopefully, maybe running with a whole bunch of layers to sweat more and some strength training possibly. okay so hopefully i don't screw up.

(strawberries, grapes, and a bit of watermelon). we had a plate of fruit leftover from my parents and their friends breakfast, so i grabbed it. whats the harm really... i had only eaten 1100 calories, so i had the fruit, and.....some chips =O i know... bad. but it was just the crumbs in the bag. so im guessing i had about 1500 cals yesterday, but thats okay because i worked out this morning for 45 minutes. i was POURING sweat. it was gross, but nice at the same time lol i dont think i should have worked so hard so early because i had to stop half way through the video to relax because i started getting really bad stomach cramps :S i think i just pushed myself too hard. oh well. tomorrow ill take it easier. anyways hope you all are doing great ! good luck and stay focused
