Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I want to thanks DancingDamsel and Hali for their support on my last entry. I've created a plan for myself, for food control and when i want to exercise. I suggest everyone do this! just outline what you want to change and do better, it's given me motivation to see what i need to do. I also decided I'm going to create a daily menu. I'm going to do it the night before so I can know what i'll be eating the next day. I think this will help because with it outlined I won't be tempted to eat unhealthy stuff, and I'll know what to eat, so i dont sit aimlessly in front of the refridgerator. I'm gonna try it for a week then get back to you guys on how it's going! Good luck this week, everyone, I LOVE YOU ALL!

This past few weeks I have been getting discouraged and have just felt absolutely horrible about myself but tomorrow is a brand new day and hopefully i will be on on the right track again. My parents are CONSTANTLY telling me not to eat too much, and to exercise more and to eat healthier...but I watch them and their overweight, they don't eat healthy, they don't buy healthy stuff and well I don't think it's very encouraging and it doesn't really make me appreciate my parents at all. It just makes me dislike them because they aren't encouraging me or helping me at all. I know my mom wants to lose weight desperately and I know she's been really unhappy for a long time with herself but I feel like her low self confidence has caused me and my older sister to be heavier. My brothers are athletic so I dont know what happened to me and my sis. I hate it because my mom constantly is talking about losing weight, every year her new year's resolution is to lose weight, but she never... Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I just came back from a 50 minute walk--which means that I burned 343 calories. That's pretty good--if I cut 500 calories from my diet today, I will have successfully cut about 1000 calories total (incuding the calories I burned doing whatever--I burn 106 while sitting, can you believe that?). Well, is everyone else doing well?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 160 lb - heyy guys! havent been on here in a few weeks now. fell off the wagon yet again. arrghg. ive been this same weight (going up and down 5 pounds) since last JUNE!!! i neeeed to lose at least 10 pounds to get my groove back, i really want to be between 140-150 but 160 is my main focus right now. I had A&W for supper today,( i dunno if americans have A&W but we do here in canada, its a burger place) but before you say anything you need to hear how friggen healthy this stuff was. i got a diet rootbeer, a side salad, and the most amazing burger ever. its a grilled chicken deluxe (non-breaded chicken breast on a whole wheat bun). the whole meal was only 412 calories, compared to my boyfriends meal which was a whopping 1500 calories lol i feel like i made a really good choice. not to mention i quit smoking and have been smoke free for a week (i had been smoking half a pack a day since i was... I'm turning 16 in 2 months (June 15) and I'm desperate in losing weight. But anyway if anyone has any ideas on a theme B-day party for teens that are trying to lose weight, please shout them out!
