Ht. 176 cm, Start: 120 kg, Today: 110 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 65 kg - Hello, well i'm loosing weight now for 2 weeks and I already have lost 10 KG !! thats really a lot but I have a personal Coach, and he told me that the beginning is the most easiest part. well I wan't to loose a lot of weight so I startted to follow a diet and I begon to work-out. When i was in the gym I say verry skinny woman dancing, that looked amazing! so that's gonne be my personal goal. I want to dance with those girls.
Well, for now i just have to train a lot more and leave the sweets alone.  (Note: 176 cm, 110 kg is 5'9", 242 lb.)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - okay so this is my first timee writing in here... ive been working out every night walking on the tredmill for an hour or two for like 7months but havent seen any change but i did lose 6 pounds yaya! buts thats all ..n i also dont eat goood so that might be why but does anyone know a simple diet for a week or 2 that will help me lose weight or atleast to get me started???!??!?! its soo hard not to eat junk food n also i tired to not eat after 6pm but i cant do it.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 234 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey. Okay, so I've lost 30lbs so far. It's so hard to stay on track. To be honest, I'm mortally surprised that I've lost 30lbs - I haven't been doing good at all. Like, I can't get motivated...and It's so hard to eat healthy when there isn't really any healthy things to eat in my house. And plus, we always have junk food. And they won't just replace the junk food for healthy food just for me...Ugh...what can I do to stay motivated and on track?

I found out I gained back 6 pounds(214) so i really didn't want to get on here and post that anyway i'v been going to weight watchers and in he past 4 weeks I've lost 12.2 pounds so i'm going to start posting on here again =)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I finally know what my problem is. I eat WAY to many carbs. Breads, muffins, bagels, pastas, breadsticks, rolls, etc... I love it, they are so yummy. But that's the problem. I did this thing where it showed me the amount of Carbs, Fat and Protein I ate and the highest percentage (like 68%) was carbs and I was sick with myself...I tried to refrain from eating breadsticks with my salad today at lunch but I got lured in. :( ~ Does anybody have any tips to help me stay away from eating all this bread? ~ Thanks guys, good luck this week! Let's all try to exercise every day!

Im tryna lose weight ready for my bday (april 1st) i havent cut out anything that i used to eat ive just limited how much i have and started to eat more fruit which is a lot easier now the weathers getting better (i live in england) !!!
one thing that i have cut out is the fizzy drinks i have replaced them with either water or natural fruit juice and haven't really noticed the difference and the sweetness of the juice has taken away my cravings for sweets.
just cut down on the 'bad' foods that you eat and do more exercise and find lots of fun sports to do with your friends we've started playin' frisbee and short relays at school during lunch times which is great fun and a good chance to meet new people.
