Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - okay so this is my first timee writing in here... ive been working out every night walking on the tredmill for an hour or two for like 7months but havent seen any change but i did lose 6 pounds yaya! buts thats all ..n i also dont eat goood so that might be why but does anyone know a simple diet for a week or 2 that will help me lose weight or atleast to get me started???!??!?! its soo hard not to eat junk food n also i tired to not eat after 6pm but i cant do it.

Hi,welcome to this site =).Ok, I see the problem.Unfortunetly,walking for 2 hours on a treadmill only burns about 230 kcaL,like one healthy meal.And since you arent dieting(now,Im not saying you eat alot or anything)lets say you ate a frozen pizza wich contains 1000 calories.From 2 hour walking on a treadmill you burn barely a quarter of your meal.So you need to reduce your calorie intake.And instead of walking you should run.You need to run in your maximum capacity for 45 minutes.Then your muscels get stronger,and your fat cells begin realising their fat in the muscels to burn them =)That sounds great,doesnt it?But dont start running like crazy immidiatly.Take it slow.First try 2 min,then 5,then 10 and so on.Best wishes =)
