Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 166 lb - Sooo...I havent posted here for a while. And In the thime i havent been posting, I am sad to report I have gained back the weight i lost last summer, 10 pounds... I am soooooooo Mad at myself. I just started eating like I used to, which is horrible, i really need to stop eating as much. If anyone has any advice, please share!!

Well, my advice is the following: If you are trying to lose weight, you have to bear in mind that you don't just eat well (or less) than before to lose the weight and then retreat to your old habits. You need to change your eating habits FOR LIFE or you'll never be able to keep the weight off. But, eating healthy or doing portion-control is not so bad as it sounds. If you get good-tasting stuff, you'll be alright--for life! Also remember to indulge a litte every week, not every day. :) hope this helped, Hali!!!

Uhhh ya, I dont really have money to pay for weight loss camp, OR money for a plane ticket. And I know my parents would NEVER pay for that (they would tell me to just do it myself! )
