Ht. 5'5", Start: 172 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI %tile: 75), Goal: 110 lb - I've had a complete epiphany. I feel healthier than I've ever been before! I can't remember ever weighing less than 150 lb since middle school.....I feel renewed, yet still have a long way to go. My biggest weight was 172 two years ago and since then, I've given up the fast-food, fried food, and junk for good. I've become somewhat vegan and trust me, try not to eat beef and substitute it for chicken or even better, fish....you'll be surprised at how much you lose. I've also cut the dairy products (Yes, no more lovable cheese! And instead of regular milk I drink soy or rice milk) and added more fresh fruits and veggies to my meals. I feel more inspired than ever and will continue to lose the pounds so I can fufill my true aspirations of being a musician. I used to be way too negative and hated myself badly for being "Fat" and "Ugly". I constantly hurt myself with false thinking.....and blamed myself for not being more "thin" and "attractive". Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Here I am.A week later,and I weigh the same.I actually thought I would have gained some seeing as how I have been eating lately.But im 2 ounces smaller,lol.What I think is great is that im not gaining even though im about to start my period so im swollen.But thanks to my period I will most likely lose a few pounds when its over.Happy Valentines Day!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - alright so i gained a pound or two back, i havent been paying much attention to dieting lately.. no biggie though. ive lost it before i can do it again. my sister and i ordered Shawn T's rockin body workout (its the same guy that does hip hop abs) and we took a look at it, and it looks pretty easy to follow but also a good workout. we're starting on sunday or monday because we have a wedding to go to on saturday which means food and wine. it came with a 3 day slim down program and a calendar telling you which workouts to do for an entire month. we're going to follow it for one month and see what happens. i believe we can lose about 10 or more pounds following the program, so ill keep you guys posted. i hope everyone is doing well. good luck guys!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 144 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 115 lb - today i was suppose to be doing my detox thing but i got really hungry at night so i changed my mind. i didnt eat bad though... i had yogurt and coconut water during breakfast. an apple at lunch. soybeans and milk in the afternoon. and for dinner i had a salsa tuna salad(basically salsa and tuna mushed together) and a slice of bread. so thats my day so far. thats like 1000 calories. not enough but thats the point of today. tomorrow im going back to my normal 1200.
