Ht. 4'11", Start: 110 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - hey..ever since the beginning of this year i have gained 20 pounds..is this bad? i cant really run anymore and i get out of breath when i walk up the stairs..i went from a size 1 in pants to a size 5.. do i need to lose weight? idk what to do

hey, i think you should lose weight because i just checked your weight on the blubberbusters weight calculator and it said that you should weigh between 88-123 pounds for your height. so dont really think of it as losing weight, think of it as getting in shape and being healthier.

hi, no gaining that weight is not bad, and no you do not need to lose weight you are still maturing even at your age things will likely even out and such.

You are not technically overweight because the healthy weight range for your height is 103-134 pounds. However, you should look at why you gained so much weight so quickly and try to fix the problem
