Ht. 5'5", Start: 225 lb, Today: 221 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I just started losing weight, and I feel okay. I have cravings all day, and don't know how to get rid of them! I am so excited to get to my goal weight! I want to be healthy & fit! Good lucky to all of you! I wish you the best:)

Hi Gabby!Congaratulations on losing 4 lb already:)!You mentioded you have craving problems.Beleive me,I can realate.Ok,so I managed to lose 15 lbs,but last week I had the wildest craving in my life for 2 foods,chips and pizza,classic soul food xD.So I bought a big bag of chips and ate like crazy till I felt sick.I wrote how I felt both sick and guilty.And my craving for chips was gone.Few days after i bought i huge slice of pizza,gobbeled it like there was no tommorow,and I wrote the feeling of sickness and guilt.Now the cravings are compleatly gone.If I ever feel the wish for them,I just read how I felt after eating them.I didnt feel any better.Ive just felt horrible about myself.Dont worry about youre diet.Eat the types of food you crave for and wrote down how you felt after.You can always continue the diet.Dont give up.Best wishes :)
