Ht. 5'2", Start: 159 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - So, me & my mom just went on watchers 5 days ago, and I already lost 4-5 lbs! Maybe it's a little bit of water weight, but I definitely lost something. I would suggest weight watchers to anyone - it's not really a diet! Once you get used to eating the healthy way you won't have to count the points anymore.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I was doing so good for a month and then the downhill started when my aunt came down for a visit. I can't get back in control. There are semi-healthy things to eat I just would rather the better tasting junk to eat because it tastes better. I really can't control if my mom buys it or not I just need to learn how to control myself and to get myself to stop eating it. Avice? I don't want to go back up in weight and I weigh more then my mother and my brothers, and my sister and it drives me nuts because I am the biggest person exept my dad who is only about 25 lbs higher then me. I need to push myself but I just can't... I'm going to stop complaining now and go do a workout... Wish me luck.. Any tips? GOOd luck everyone!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I think I did good today.I slept until 3-I didnt go to sleep until 5,and when I finally woke up,I drink some water and we went and ate chinese(bad I know, but it wasnt my choice)and I only had one plate, mostly vegetables and some chicken, and a bowl of orange slices. Then I got home at 5 and played soccer, freeze tag, and jumped on the trampoline until 6:30.Then I walked my friend home, she lives like 5 minutes away, and drink a bottle of water there, then I walked home. Now I feel really good about my day,and I actually believe what my p.e teacher said about excersise giving you happy endorphines or something like that. But thats all im gonna eat today, and its only one plate so...yay me!Good luck,Thanks for reading, and COMMENT please!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Ok, since I've been doing pretty crappy I've been reluctant to get on the scale, so I finally di yesterday, and I gained 4 pounds=( Yesterday I worked out for 2 HOURS at the gym and ate 2 some organic lowfat ravioli, 2 cookies, broiled fish with healthy choice soup and 3 crackers, and a really big salad with lowfat dressing.
Today, I ate egg whites with veggie sausage for breakfast with a big cup of coffee.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Losing lose weight at the rate 1-2 pounds per week may seem too slow to you but if you lose it as part of a new lifestyle where you eating sensibly with regular exercise then you could lose as much as 8 pounds in a month and more than 100 pounds per year

i just thought of something: if someone on here as the dvd, we could do it together for 30 days and record eachother's results after the 30 days. that'll be good motivation(:

Ht. 5'8", Start: 260 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ever since I was in fifth grade, I've always had problems with my weight. It wasn't so bad back then, though. I was tall, and just a bit thick. However, as the years went by, I just seemed to gain more and more weight. Now, at the age of seventeen, I am a horrifying weight of 260lbs. More than anything, I want to be healthy and fit. I'm too young to be as big as I am. I'm too young to be having chest and back pain, too young to be out of breath after walking three flights of stairs, too young to start sweating bullets after jogging a block to reach the bus. I want to be confident. I want to not have to worry about whether or not a shirt will show my love handles, or if jeans will fit too tight. I want to be able to shop with my friends in the same clothes store, without having to stand there and watch them try on size 5 and 7 and 9 pants, all the while knowing that the store definitely...
