Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Guys, I am waaay happy. This past week, starting last Sunday I started exercising each night. I just did the usual stretches I do in gym class. Then I did 20 crunches (which killed me that first night), and 10 push ups because they are freakin' hard. But they've been getting easier, and I've noticed a subtle difference in just one week..I feel more toned already, and more energetic. I just need to start walk/running again and such. Today I've done really bad. Seeing as it's Super Bowl Sunday, I've eaten TONS of food, and I feel ill. I wish I hadn't. ~ I'm also way happy, because with my motivation to lose weight my mom's noticed and I've got her motivated too, she's already lost 5 pounds just by not getting second helpings and drinking lots of water. I've noticed something too. I always blamed my weight problem on the fact that it was hard to lose weight, but it isn't. I've realized that... (view more)Guys, I am waaay happy. My weight problem came not from difficulty losing weight, but difficulty staying motivated. I come on here each day to see what you guys have said, and this is the longest I've stayed motivated in a long time. Thanks! (view less)

It's my worst fear. I have a really bad belly problem. It's a potbelly. Every day I have to base what I wear on how my stomach will look in certain outfits. And when I sit down, it billows out, a huge roll of stomach fat. I need ab exercises! I know you know them lol please help me and share them with me! And don't say situps and crunches or whatever cuz they DON'T work.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 256 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I lost two pounds since last weekend. My body will cease to amaze me.I wish i could get motivated again. My best friend wants to go on vacation with us to the beach this year, and im no where near swim suit material.Dont you just hate going to the beach, when all your fat and stretchmarks are all out there.I think im gonna wear a cover up the whole time, even in the water. O.k,off that subject.Take me seriously and actually think about it-half the stuff that is considered dangerous dieting for 150lb people, people almost HALF my size, probaly isnt that bad for me.I could easily eat a boiled egg, some celery, and a bowl of fruit EVERYDAY and wont get sick.I need to lose 131 pounds just to get to my goal weight, which will probaly take me over a year, and alot of pain and suffering. But its worth it,sooo worth it.Just keep that in mind.Good luck&Comment back:D

I guess that its true that once you hit rock bottem, there's nowhere else to go but up because right when I got absolutely hopeless, I did something I thought I coulding. Ususally, when I sit at home, I just eat and eat and eat. Well, the other day I was at home because we had a snow day, and I just didn't feel like eating. I ate breakfast and didn't eat until my stomach started growling. I have never been able to override my cravings, but that day I didn't even have any. And its been like that every day since last week. My brain was telling me "go eat" but I just didn't want to. One day I'm eating everything in sight, them BAM, eating's not even fun anymore. I guess its because I got accepted into college a while ago and don't want to be "the fat girl." My only problem was exercising because its so cold outside, but I just got a job at a GYM where I get free... (view more)I did a GREAT job today.
