Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Ugh. I am just lacking the motivation to do anything! On Monday night I walked on the tredmile for a half hour, then went on the bike for 10 minutes, then I did some stretches...But that's all. I told myself I'd exercise every day this week and I haven't. But tomorrow is the day I start back up again!
I've eaten pretty good this week...not great, but good. I gave into a diet pepsi and 3 slices of pizza today...something I wish I could go back in time and only take one then eat some fruit.
Go to this website : fitday.com I got it from somebody on here, and it's amazing..Yeah, I had to lie about my age to use it, but you guys, it's worth it! You record all the food you ate that day, and how much physical activity...it shows you how many calories you ate, how much fat and etc...and it shows you how much fat you burned when you exercised. Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - okay, so i haven't been on here in a while. ever since christmas, i completely went downhill, i gained 4 pounds back since then.
I keep saying i'm gunna start my diet tomorrow, then when tomorrow comes i say well one more day wont hurt, and so on and so on, same thing every day.
Now i'm saying tomorrow again. I'm gunna actually try tomorrow. i hope i can do it.
It's so freakin' hard to get the motivation to do it after you've been downhill for like, a month, who's with me on that one?
Any suggestions? thanks!

Ht. 157 cm, Start: 86 kg, Today: 82 kg (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 65 kg - Start school tomorrow. It might be easier when i have more of a schedule. Had a bit of chocolate cake on Sunday and earlier in the week had chocolate and toffee. I wasn't going to cheat but it was there, i was peckish, nobody was watching and alas it was gone. Going to try be better this week.  (Note: 157 cm, 82 kg is 5'2", 180 lb.)

I have a intern in Florida as an lifeguard for Disney in August and I will be very embarrassed to wall around in a swim suit looking the way I look at the moment. Also being the size that I am I am unable to ride the rides at the amusement park. Currently I am in college and it is very hard for me to make it to the gym. I walk around a very large campus daily (this is about the only type of exercise that I do daily). I used to play a lot of sports (basketball & swimming and diving) so I believe I have a lot of muscle on me. However, I have about 3 times more fat than muscle. I have gained weight. 3 pounds, I had to go to my all day church retreat yesterday, and of course all they have is junk food. I am weak. I refuse to gain anymore weight. I wont do it. But i'm tired of being the girl that can't keep up in P.E class, the fat girl.
I think life would be a lot easier for any teenager if they didn't have to worry about the way their clothes fit, or having to buy ugly clothes bc of it.
I don't want to have high blood presure and such things at the age of 15. I wanna be healthy.
Day One for me starts tomorrow :D
I would love to be to my goal weight by September.
so it can say it on my license lol.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 158 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 135 lb - well this whole winter break i haven't done very well because there's no reason really to have to excersize and there's an endless supply of food but tomorrow i go back to school. i have to walk about a mile to get to the city bus stop and a mile back and i have gym of course so that will help but the food! i usually get a turkey subway with water and sometimes cheezits which is fine right? but can i please get more tips! thank you (:

I mean that wasnt bad, i'd say about 15 pounds overwieght then. Then once my best friend told me to back off the cakes and cookies, i lost it. I broke his nose and told his mother, then she said the same thing. After that I went on a eating frennzyy. I have to say i gained about 45 pounds in a range of the season of fall. I felt great, but I know that I was just digging myself deeper in the hole of obesity :(... This cycle repeated until around 6th grade (middle school).
