Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ugh. I am just lacking the motivation to do anything! On Monday night I walked on the tredmile for a half hour, then went on the bike for 10 minutes, then I did some stretches...But that's all. I told myself I'd exercise every day this week and I haven't. But tomorrow is the day I start back up again! I've eaten pretty good this week...not great, but good. I gave into a diet pepsi and 3 slices of pizza today...something I wish I could go back in time and only take one then eat some fruit. Go to this website : fitday.com I got it from somebody on here, and it's amazing..Yeah, I had to lie about my age to use it, but you guys, it's worth it! You record all the food you ate that day, and how much physical activity...it shows you how many calories you ate, how much fat and etc...and it shows you how much fat you burned when you exercised. Guys, it's an amazing site, I absolutely love it! And it's really helping.
