Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 222 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Okay well today I had some wheat thins and a orange. then when I got home I had these 3 sausage pattys and then I had 1 chocolate bar which all added up to 700ish calories. I decided I might have a salad for dinner with sausages or chicken and might have an apple or yogurt as a snack if I get hungry. I think I did okay except for the chocolate bar. I would say walked about 20 minutes but I'm going to do my own workout later.
