Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Today i did decently good i guess. I didn't eat enough yet tho... breakfast: cereal -150 lunch: 2 eggs - 160 snack: milk - 100 crackers - 100 dinner: chicken wings - 190 vegies - 70 dessert: yogurt - 100. that totals to 800 something. i still need like around 400 to reach 1200. so later i guess.... um a few more crackers and some grapefruit and maybe more milk?
