Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - okay, so i haven't been on here in a while. ever since christmas, i completely went downhill, i gained 4 pounds back since then.
I keep saying i'm gunna start my diet tomorrow, then when tomorrow comes i say well one more day wont hurt, and so on and so on, same thing every day.
Now i'm saying tomorrow again. I'm gunna actually try tomorrow. i hope i can do it.
It's so freakin' hard to get the motivation to do it after you've been downhill for like, a month, who's with me on that one?
Any suggestions? thanks!

Sounds like me too. What I think you should do is make a day where you wont have ANY temptation, and once you gain a bit of confidence it should carry over to the rest of the week. Stay strong.
