Ht. 4'11", Start: 260 lb, Today: 267 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - What do you HATE most about being OVERweight?? I hate getting called names but I REALLY hate being BIG and REALLY REALLY HATE being TOO HEAVY!!! It's hard to fit in the desks at school and seats in a movie theater because I have so much FAT. It feels HORRIBLE to SQUEEZE into a seat that's TOO SMALL! Being TOO HEAVY feels even worse because I get SO TIRED just walking. Some days I HATE doing anything because I have to carry all the WEIGHT. When I tried to jog and lose some weight it was TOO hard to jog being this HEAVY. That's so UNfair because the more you NEED to exercise the harder it IS to exercise!!! I could exercise if I WEIGHed less but I can't weigh LESS withOUT exercise! I HATE being OVERweight!

I don't think a goal of 100 pounds for someone who is 4.11 is healthy. About 115-130 is a healthy goal to shoot for.
Jogging is meant for people who either have a very healthy heart or people who have enough stamina. Listen, they have BUILT up that stamina over time. You can't just try to jog all of a sudden. You need to start slow. Walk to the edge of your lawn and back a few times. Once, if that's all that's possible TODAY. Tomorrow, walk to the edge and back and then to the middle. That's all. TAKE IT SLOW!!! Be realistic. Not even I can jog. As a matter of fact, I don't like to jog: now, that may be because I'm chunky. I don't know.
You COULD weigh less without exercise, in the beginning. Eat better. For breakfast, have some eggs or some corn flakes with some milk. Oh, and EAT THE SERVING SIZE OF THINGS. I learned that over time. Take cereal for instance, most people eat a bowl full, right? WRONG! You should eat only 1/3 cup and then have milk and a fruit. I don't know..
I hope this helped.
Oh, and I know what you mean about clothes, I used to face the same problem. Nothing LOOKS good, nothing FEELS good. Well, babydolls, hunny. Babydolls work wonders. *_* Good luck.
Maybe we could be weight loss buddies, if you want.

I hate sounding mean ....but I agree with Taylor, your only thirteen you need to work on your attitude towards your body. You need to look at the good things before you can work on the bad.

Must you capatalize every other word?
I see you around a lot, and all you do is really complain about being so heavy, but what you need to be doing is talking about how to change that. It's your fault you're that heavy and only you can change that. I'm not trying to be mean, but with that kind of attitude you'll only get heavier, so drop the attitude and work to change what you weigh. Complaining about it is helping no one.
