Ht. 5'4", Start: 165 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - So far today I've eaten some little breakfast cinnamon buns, apeanut butter and jelly sandwich, a bagel, and some popcorn. I know, I've been eating sucky foods. I'm just getting so discouraged because I'm graduating this year and prom is coming up. If I look the way I do now when prom comes around, I'm not going to go. I even decided not to take senior pictures because I feel so unattractive and self conscious about my weight. I love dressing up and wearing heels and getting my hair done and stuff, but because of my weight I always wear jeans and sweatshirts! I have missed out on being a GIRL. Prom is my last chance. I have to lose this weight...

You don't have to be stick skinny to be a girl. Take it 5 pounds at a time and you'll reach your goal weight in no time.
